I have called a few times and it always goes to voicemail. I have left messages but never received a call back. Had to look else where for a fence

Elite installed my vinyl fence, after about 6 months the wind has sheared one of the post. Elite will not answer or return calls about fixing it or if it is under warranty. Time to move on to another company. Poor customer service, do not recommend.

Elite Fence Company put in my backyard wood fencing and did a fantastic job, The owner, Andy, came out promptly and took the time to talk with me and explain the process. Andy even went the extra mile and located the buried metal stake in the yard so I was sure of my property lines! Andy/Elite also suggested and installed gates and really nice hardware at the perfect places for the best access. They were even thoughtful enough to use a fancier style fence post to match the neighbor’s existing fence. It’s been a couple years now, and the fencing is still rock solid and holding up beautifully. Thanks Andy/Elite!

Exceptional experience with Elite fencing. Andy returned my call after leaving him a voicemail and we set up a time for him to come by and give me an estimate for the job. His prices are very fair, better than his competitors who I previously contacted. The fence was put up in the agreed time window, the work was done quickly and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend Andy and Elite fencing to anyone looking for a fence to be installed!

Apparently nothing has changed in 6 years. My experience is exactly the same as the preceding reviewer. Called seven weeks ago; talked to an actual person but got no one to come out and look at my problem. Two calls this week have both gone to voice mail with no response. Time (past time actually) to move on to someone else.

Fence looks great but horrible customer service after the job is done. Called 6 weeks ago about a quote to get one of their fences repaired and still haven’t heard back. When I call the office it just goes to voice mail every time.
