Had another fencing company come out and do a horrible job. Maria ( owner) was very kind and informative throughout the whole repair process. Any concerns that I had, she insured me that my outcome would be a success and mostly did! Highly recommend!

Big Jerry’s was a life saver. We ran out of time to install the fence at our new house. We had the materials, but needed a quick install. The owner, Maria, sent us a fair quote very fast. They scheduled install within days. The crew showed up as promised and worked harder than any crew we have seen. They did an excellent job and got it 100% complete in 2 days. It was a pretty big job, about 400 feet of post and wire fencing with 2 gates. It turned out beautiful and sturdy, even with a bit of a steep grade on one side. Biggest thing is everything was completed as promised, unlike most things nowadays. I highly recommend them. The first company we called tried to charge 75% more for the same job.

We are very pleased with Big Jerry’s Fencing company! We got a farm fence, which is 3 rail fence with galvanized metal inside, to keep our dogs in the area. A single and a double gate, for our riding lawn mower. We submitted what we wanted and got an amazing estimate. We compared it to 3 other companies and BIG Jerry’s won hands down. The crew we had was 2 men and 1 woman, they worked hard and finished in 1 Day. I have also bragged about yal on my Facebook page.

Big Jerrys Fencing in Greensboro, NC (Do not Recommend) installed my 280sq ft fence on May 19 2023 after working with them for 2 weeks with one representative who was nice to having to find out he was fired after calling numerous times. Still decided to go with this company after being reassured there would be no delay in the project and they were under new management. On May 19th, 2 gentleman showed up and neither spoke English but, they did an amazing job on the fence. I asked was this a 2 day job, and they said no they had to get it all done today because they had jobs everyday that week. They worked from 8am to 11pm and only took a short break. Big Jerrys Fencing should be ashamed to have people working like this for such low pay and such long hours. After the job was done, not one single person from the office called me to ask how the job went, was I satisfied, were there any issues? Not even if the job was done..pathetic. I purposely left a small amount on the final payment off to see if it would trigger a service call but, the only thing I got was text messages threatening to take me to court for a partial payment being a few days late. I still have not heard one word from this company and they are paid in full. The reviews are correct. They have the worst customer service and I hope I have no future issues with this fence that is supposed to be covered under their service agreement. Do NOT recommend.
