I made very many revisions to my plans over a few weeks, and they were very accommodating. No issues with new quotes, new drawings, very good pricing. Fantastic and quick workers, got everything done in a day.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: We own a self storage facility in Parkton, NC and we paid Jay a $15k deposit to increase the fencing around our property. Well he delayed us for months saying that he couldn’t get the material (which we know was a lie because we own nearly two dozen facilities and were doing fence work at other properties without a “material delay”). Then after around 3 months of waiting for “material” he eventually just stopped taking our calls or responding to our emails altogether and basically “ran off” with our $15k. Yesterday when we threatened to have him arrested, not surprisingly he finally decided to speak to us…. well when my business partner talked to him yesterday, offering one last attempt to get our money back, Jay told my business partner “I don’t have it”…meaning he spent our money on who knows what and can’t give us our money back. Our attorney advised us to contact the Sheriff (as this dollar amount means it’s a felony theft) and to have him arrested for theft, so that’s what we’re doing today. Customers beware… do not give Jay your money as it’ll disappear and you’ll lose it just like we did. Jay… I hope you enjoy getting charged with a felony!

I recently had the pleasure of having a fence placed by Jerry’s Fencing. I had reached out on Facebook, for a good fencing company and my coworker told me about Jerry’s Fencing and what a good job they did for her and her husband, so I decided to call. Best decision I could have made. They were courteous, professional and friendly and they placed a 6ft wooden privacy fence for me. It looks soóoo good. They also checked up with me to make sure everything was going okay with the fence. I had to write a review, because they were so good to me. I have had two other people reach out to me and I told them about Jerry’s Fencing. If you want great work and fair pricing, Jerry’s Fencing is the way to go!!!!

I had absolutely no issues with big Jerry’s up until the point I needed a refund. Prior to requesting a refund the team was relatively responsive. The house we had setup for the fence fell through and we unfortunately no longer needed a fence at the other house we found. When I initially spoke with jay he said he would take care of it and to give him a few days. After a week I attempted to reach out but could not get anyone on the phone. I sent several emails and left voicemails but nothing was returned. It became clear that my calls were being ignored. After 3 weeks of being ignored and having my calls screened by jay I found the owner of corporate big Jerry’s on LinkedIn and reached out. He stated they would resolve it same day…. Wouldn’t you know the refund was finally being processed. I whole heartedly believe that if I wouldn’t have reached out to corporate that jay would have attempted to keep my money. I cannot understand why someone would want to ruin a reputation over something as simple as a refund. I cannot comment on the quality of the work being performed, only the shadiness of business practices.

Do not use this fencing company. My vinyl fence gates were improperly installed May 2022. Just a few months later on August 22, 2022, I noticed the gate doors and parts of the fence were coming loose and the doors were damaged. I sent the owner Jay Aguilar pictures of the damages and he said it was the wind and told me to subunit warranty paperwork through Home Depot where he puchssed the material. Home Depot Warranty Department provided me with a written report stating the wrong hardware was used on the gates and placement of the hinges were in the wrong location. I provided that information to Jay Aguilar and he kept giving me dates to come and fix the fence. He even said he ordered the gates and blamed his his son Luke who is also his Project Manager for failing to place me on the schedule. It’s been over a year and Jay Aguilar has not done any repairs under the worksmanship warranty on my contact. He now no longer answers or returns my phone calls even when the call center sends messages. I even tried calling to file a complaint at the Franchise level. Urgent messages have been sent by the call center and no one at the Franchise level ever returned my calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s other reviews on line having similar issues.

The team from Big Jerry’s did an excellent job! Got our fence up in 3 days and even endured some weather getting it up for us. The price and quality are fantastic and they kept us informed every step of the way! Highly recommend!
