Impressed from the moment I requested a quote. Immediately responsive! I was not available to be in person for the estimate so they opted to use face time. Which I thought reflected how important it was to them to connect and understand your needs. Jeremy was very personal and assisted with any questions, concerns and HOA requirements. Once I was prepared to move forward, I was met with immediate care and given an amazing time frame for my project to be started and completed. To our delight there was a break in the schedule and we were able to be squeezed in on a Friday afternoon into a half day Saturday to complete. The crew was very professional, respectful of the property, clean and did great work. The quality shows and it is apparent they take pride in what they do. Jeremy followed up along the entire way, kept us well informed and never over promised and under delivered but did exactly as he said and made us feel valued along the way. I also enjoyed the software they use for the estimate , contract and payments. Very user friendly and gives you a clear understand of all the info and copies automatically sent for record. I have had fences done in the past and felt like I was my own secretary. Requesting info, waiting, following up, etc. Not with Fortis! It’s great to see a company who still understands customer service and connecting with their customers in a way that they feel valued and does quality work in the process. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a fence!

Jeremy and Luis did wonderful work on our small fencing job. We just needed the sides of our house enclosed with 3 rail pressure treated wood, roll wire, and a gate on each side. The job only took a few hours, it is sturdy, functional, and exactly what we needed. While the weather around here has been difficult with a lot of rain, Jeremy fit our job in as soon as he could! We greatly appreciate him and his team, and will definitely be back for any future updates!

Jeremy and his team does an amazing job! He is professional, timely, and knowledgeable. We are grateful for his services. He made our backyard complete with a huge 8 foot privacy fence. Jeremy and his guys were great. Needed a 3 rail fence installed in a portion of my yard and it came out awesome!! Between first reaching out and completing the job, it was finished in less than a week. Price was the best quote I received. Would definitely recommend!

Jeremy and Fortis Fencing did an incredible job with our fence installation. It looks very clean and even and took less than 1 day for tare down and install. Will be calling them again when I do the next half of my yard.

This company is great work with. I had damage from Hurricane Ian, they removed a split rail and installed a scalloped semi-private. Looks fantastic. They were very patient as I had to wait in my HOA. And then as soon as I had it approved they got me scheduled. Work very fast and clean!
