BEWARE. HAD MY FENCE DONE. TOOK TWO DAYS. ABOUT TWO MONTHS LATER THE GATE WOULD NOT OPEN. I TEXTED, CALLED EMAILED FOR THREE MONTHS BEGGING FOR IRWIN TO COME FIX IT. TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES THAT HE WOULD BE OUT TO FIX IT. NEVER SHOWED UP. EVEN TODAY HE SAID HE HAD TIME. NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED, TEXTED. NOTHING. WONDER WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF MY FENCE FELL DOWN… NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. I WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO COME FIX IT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SOMEONE THAT IS THAT BUSY THEY CAN’T OR WON’T BACK THEIR WORK.

I enjoyed working with appealing fences. The quality and accuracy of the work was outstanding. The installers took their time to do it right. Fence is straight as an arrow. The quality of the fencing material is great.

Initial contact and process was fine. Got a quote fast. Installation was affordable and done timely. The biggest issues with using this service is the lack of communication (supply delivery, time tables moving etc) going into the build and that they do not follow through with issues post-build per the building warranty. There seems to be only one person to contact, and he has completely ghosted me over post build fixing and warranty issues. I’ve sent multiple emails about following up with fixing loose posts, and gotten ghosted. I gave them two stars for installing the fence and affordability, but they lack communication and have no integrity to honor building agreements. This is not the first review to reflect this issue with them too. I would not recommend based on the fact they ghost customers and do not honor their build warranties.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the fence Irvin and the team at Appealing Fences NC installed for us. Irvin’s attention to detail and care for his clients shined through in every aspect of the project. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Appealing Fences installed my fence in March 2023. Initially they did a great job and communication from Irvin was great. However, my drive gate installed has fallen out of plumb. I have called, texted and emailed them numerous times over the past 2 months, asking for the warranty work that was clearly stated in the contract, and have received zero response. I’m not asking for anything more than to fix the gate, and for the warranty that was stated on the contract. Not good for a company to completely ghost their customers. I will be willing to update this review if and when I’m contacted by the company and my gate is fixed.

Irvin and his team did a great job installing my black chain link fence. The cost was much better than quotes I received from larger fence companies and the quality of work was even better. I would highly recommend Appealing Fences for your fencing project.

Irvin and his men did a fabulous job putting in our fence. Wasn’t a very big job, but considering the weather, they knocked it out of the park. Hope to do more business with him in the future.
