Superior Fence & Rail is SUPERIOR!!! Had a new fence installed today! Looks great! As far as the Lino installation team…they get the highest score. The guys worked through periods of pouring rain to get the job done and not once did they complain! Highly recommend Superior Fence and the Lino installation crew!

I’m not usually one to write Google reviews, and I tend to be skeptical about which ones are real. But after my experience with Superior Fence and Rail, I needed to share my story in hopes that others can have the same positive experience we did! I can’t thank Stacey enough for her incredible help and dedication throughout the entire process. We recently bought a new house, and our biggest concern was installing a fence to ensure our children’s privacy. From the start, Stacey understood our worries and made us feel heard. She promptly returned our calls and spent almost an hour walking us through every detail of the fence buying and installation process. After the sale, Stacey followed up with an email to let us know she would be in touch once our HOA approved our request. When the approval came through the following Monday, I reached out to Stacey late in the evening, not expecting a quick response given the busy season. To my surprise, Stacey called back the very next morning and took extra time to reassure me about the next steps. What truly amazed us was learning that Stacey also handles the warranty department. Knowing that we have ongoing support from a company that genuinely cares about its customers even after the sale and installation is incredibly reassuring. We wanted a fence company we could trust, one that wouldn’t forget about us after closing the deal, and Superior Fence and Rail exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our decision and the exceptional service we received from Stacey.

We had a few wonky links in our new 5′ chain link fence installation and Superior in Greensboro sent out German to handle the repairs. He handles repairs for Superior in central NC (Triad & Triangle). German was most professional, friendly and respectful. He showed us the completed repairs and was very interested in making sure we were satisfied. Great resource for Superior and a great experience. Thank you!

Superb superb superb! The entire experience working with and now owning a beautiful wood fence from Superior Fence and Rail has been one of the best home choices we’ve ever made. From working with our sales person, Kevin Hancock, who took such care to guide us in selecting the right design, materials, and scope of the project; Stacey Milan, who is an exceptional manager of people and dates and project details, and these last two days, the great crew of Oswaldo, German, and Christian, who soldiered through the heat and nonetheless delivered a beautiful and strong fence – we are grateful. The price is super-fair with excellent financing opportunities and in our opinion, after this experience — as a former realtor myself, I’d say, “Run, don’t walk!” to have your fence work done by this team.

From our very first interaction, all the way to the completion of our job, Stacy was amazingly kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Watching Lucas and his crew install our fence was like watching a well oiled machine. They were extremely efficient, clean, courteous, and professional. Even my neighbors commented on how amazing it was to watch them work. Superior Fence provided a wonderful product and job. We would gladly do work with them again. Edited review…approximately one year after the install a storm knocked the fence over like it was paper…come to find out they did not install the posts in the manner that we were told and some were barely 12” in the ground, cement was not even placed in some of the holes (only on the top of the ground so it appeared they were cemented in). Superior fence would not stand behind their install or their product and wanted to charge me half the cost of the fence itself to come out and fix it.
