Thomas Fence Co. helped replace a couple of old worn out gates and built a new section of chain link fencing off of our existing fence. This was the only company that bothered to call back after leaving messages with 5-6 others. Ernest and crew were very professional and provided lots of updates along the way. The completed gates and fencing were better than expected and were custom built with hinges welded on an angle to account for the ground sloping (which i didn’t even notice until pointed out). Would recommend you reach out.

Of the four fence companies rated 4.5 stars or better that came out to assist me with type of fence and gate I would need as well as to give me their cost to complete the job Mr. Emmons was the most patient, professional, and affordable. The completed fence with double gate is solid, beautiful and my active dog is safe and secure. The 3 gentlemen that completed the project were hard working, courteous and did a wonderful job. I am so glad that I chose Thomas Fence Company to put this fence up for me. They are a 5 star company because of the great people who work for them. Many thanks to all of them.

I could not be more pleased with the job done by Thomas Fence. My sales rep Ernest was great, straight shooter, easy to work with and kept me posted every step of the way. The installers did a phenomenal job too, it was a relatively unique project with grade differences along the fence line, but they handled it with ease. Price was fair, great communication and an amazing end product – highly recommend Thomas Fence!

On Nov. 7, Anthony Thomas (owner of Thomas Fence) called me. We discussed my grievances and he suggested that we “go our separate ways”. He offered to refund my deposit if I took down the negative reviews I had posted. Therefore, I have deleted my previous review. Please disregard it. As an elderly woman on a fixed income it is essential that I receive the refund.

Shopped around for a few weeks and landed on Thomas fence. They even helped me out with my configuration needs of cutting into a tree, and did so perfectly. Great quality fence installed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend. Salesman Jay was Awesome!

I very rarely ever write reviews, but Thomas Fence Company definely deserves one! I am not from the area originally and am from Buffalo. I did not know who to call or who I could trust with my fence project. Thomas Fence Company came highly recommended by people in my Spencerport NY Facebook group. The estimator, Jay that came to take measurements of my yard was so nice and explained the process perfectly. My fence was installed on time and looks excellent. Best of all my dog has the entire yard to run around in!

I shopped around with a bunch of the local fence companies and found that Thomas Fence Company not only gave me an excellent price but got it installed super fast. My new puppy absolutely loves being able to run around our entire yard now. My salesman Ernie was also excellent and made sure that the job got done right!

Just had our fence project completed this past week and my boyfriend and I are so happy about our new fence. Thomas Fence came out quickly and installed our fence just like we wanted. Our installers Adam and Mike were excellent as well.!!
