Brian and his team at Rochester NY Fence did an incredible job building our 6ft tall wood privacy fence in our back yard. As new homeowners, with 2 dogs, having privacy, safety and comfort was important to us. Brian walked us through the process, giving us different ideas and recommendations to make us more knowledgable and able to make decisions that worked best for us. We had gotten a small puppy and needed our yard fenced in. Reaching out to Brian through their website to share our situation and concerns was simple. By tge end of the day I had a response from him sharing his insights to address my concerns. That week he came over and walked me through each step of his estimate. I highly recommend RNYF because he took his time, communicated clearly, and installed our new fence around my crazy schedule. Thank you again Brian!

Brian and his team did a fantastic job installing a chain link fence for our dog. Our yard is very hilly and uneven, but they were able to get it secure to the ground and it looks good. I would highly recommend NY Fence.

Texted and canceled the initial appointment an hour and a half after it was scheduled and didn’t even bother calling or texting to cancel the next appointment- just didn’t show up. Very rude and unprofessional. Don’t bother wasting your time on this company. Edit to add that I do in fact have the correct company. My husband has been dealing with Brian from Rochester NY Fence.. The first appointment you canceled late and rescheduled bc someone had hurt their back. The next appointment which was scheduled on 7/31/2023 @ 6pm you didn’t bother to show up or call. But thank you for trying to pin your lack of professionalism and consideration on me.
