The team at Superior Fence did a fantastic job! Nathan, our Sales Rep, was available to answer all my questions from beginning to end. He was patient with me, no matter how ridiculous my questions might have sounded. This is my first time having a fence built, so Nathan kept me informed and educated all the way through from quoting, payment processing, fence build, and even two weeks after the completion of the build, because I thought we still needed an inspector to come out from the city. Nonetheless, from Nathan to the build team, everyone was professional and respectful to me, my family, and my neighbors. I highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail for your fence installation or repair. Just ask for Nathan!

I hired Superior Fence through Nathan Sartin of the Springfield, Missouri office. My backyard is completely natural, and the topography is difficult because of natural growth freebies that grow in the fence. The fence they replaced was cattle fence, and had several Coral Bell and Honeysuckle vines imbedded in it. They did a wonderful job digging it all out, cutting down trees, and had it done in a day. The team of Ulises, Diego, and Enrique were very polite, hard working. I can’t thank them enough. Gayle Fout

**This is in response to the businesses review response that contains misleading information. This review is my account of the install that Mike Burton managed and his subcontractor completed. Both my husband and I have been negatively affected by his and his companies actions and if our reviews were in violation of anything, Google would have removed them. Mike Burton never had the fence evaluated outside of the subcontractor that built it and there was no offer to walk the fence to view our concerns- a fence that we have since found several defects also documented by other contractors that have quoted repairs. The defects in the fence have also resulted in damage only 2 months post-install (broken gate, and an unlevel post that blew over from wind). After offering several payment options- despite feeling we were not paying for a high quality fence, Mike never accepted any of our options and proceeded to have a lawyer send a demand letter demanding I remove my review and threatening legal action against us, including putting a mechanics lien on our home. He is requesting the full payment- despite several defects on our fence. This letter was sent to us on July 31st, 2023. We made a report following his threat to the Attorney General who responded to our report with an active follow up/investigation. Make sure you check all the other reviews. After my husband left a review random new accounts left 5 star reviews that they are responding to right away. Awful drawn out experience. Do not recommend a company that made us feel like our time, understanding, and money was taken advantage of. We are still stuck paying what for what seems to be 2k extra for low quality trim after they messed up our original contracted design and scrambled to buy big box store wood to complete our job. They have currently refused to provide proof of materials paid which we requested before agreeing to the final payment. There was plenty of communication when we were deciding to purchase our fence. Following the 50 percent deposit and contract signing they went silent and I had to contact them 3 times within almost 2 months just to get an install date on our calendars. The admitted they never ordered our supplies and had shortages but never even communicated that with us to allow us to have them install at a later date. They simply decided to wing it as we had to grit through a job they rushed while unprepared. This in return caused almost daily stress for both my husband and I as we had to figure out our work schedules to make sure someone was available to deal with everything for almost 2 weeks. Not only was this a terrible experience on the logistics end, we ended up with a fence style we didn’t want. It’s a cedar stockade with low quality trim after they messed up the posts by building something different than what we signed our contract for. We then find out the difference is minuscule between the design we didn’t plan on.
