Your Home Improvement Company – Windows & Bath a day agoJust had a new shower installed And Matthew the installer was super polite and knowledgeable. The job he did at putting in the shower was awesome!!! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! He was very meticulous and professional at making sure everything was done just right. With that being said, the Your Home Improvement company has a thing or to to learn about running a business. We paid a lot of money to have a shower installed. We thought we were doing good with the sales guy as he was very polite and was taking notes on everything we wanted. We spent a few hours making sure everything was right. We were putting in a low profile shower with a 2” step in height, handicapped style for my wife’s mom. We got a shower basin that was almost 6” high step over. Which I’m pretty sure was higher than the one we took out. Unfortunately we didn’t notice this until the old shower was removed and he had laid the new one down and my mother in-law stepped in to measure for the height of the grab bar. And about the grab bar. We wanted a one piece angled grab bar for in the shower. You would think this would be easy since we previously bought one at Menards. This turned out to be the most difficult thing in the world for this company to find. We had about 5 or 6 different people call and say they would look in to it and call us back in a couple of days. That person never called back and then a week later a new person would call and start all over again. Bottom line, the poor installer guy shows up with the wrong bar and had to call the owner for permission to use the on that we already had. So they said they are going to reorder the bottom shower insert and will come back and reduce the whole shower in about 5 weeks when the new one is made. Hopefully they can get the right one this time. If they can make it all right I will update my review here. But at this moment in time, I would not recommend or trust this company to order a bathroom faucet correctly. To many chiefs im the process and no follow up from any of them. Our salesman still won’t return our calls. And neither will any of the other “Supervisors” how am I supposed to get ahold of anyone if I have a warranty issue? Not sure if I will be able to. So I hope that nothing ever goes wrong! Learning experience, next time I think I might just have to hire a private contractor to do it.

Twin Ports Builders, LLC 4 years agoCraig was super busy this summer, but he found a way to fit us in! The new soffits look great, and —- no ice dams! He completed much needed deck repairs and noticed hidden problem areas that got fixed to completion. He helped me figure out why the fridge was leaking. Plus he showed up with his skid steer and plowed me (and my neighbors) out so after the 30 Nov Blizzard! Hire him. He does what he says, and he says what he does.
