Zander Contracting LLC 2 years agoShawn, the owner of Zander Contracting, designed and constructed a shed for some extra storage at my house. His design allowed him to efficiently utilize the limited space available in my backyard. He worked diligently to complete the project on a very tight timeline and his strong attention to detail was refreshing! I would highly recommend using Zander contracting for your next project; big or small. Shawn possess a vast skill set ranging from construction, flooring, drywall, tiling, roofing etc. His prices were also very reasonable; especially considering the level of detail in his execution. Very pleased with the results!

The Led Lion Inc 4 years agoI recently had the pleasure of touring a finished project completed by this company. I watched them build a house and I was shocked at the quality of the work. They built the house in less than a month and the entire neighborhood was amazed. Awesome quality, work, and timing. The house ended up selling quickly after it was listed.

Sole Construction Inc 9 months agoThey tore through a gas line in our subdivision and did not notify anyone. Just let it keep leaking until the residents smelled it and took action. Irresponsible and negligent behavior. DTE informed me when they came around to knock on our doors that it was obvious that Sole had done it and didn’t notify anyone. He also informed me they would be getting fined. Pathetic behavior.
