“Too busy to take on new customers”

Couple of things to mention: 1. If you live in the Dearborn area, you must get a permit to get a new fence. Mustang fence sent out the initial permit request via email and cc’d me and kept in contact through the entire process (which is long due to certain people approving it) but once you’re approved, you are golden. 2. Brad is straightforward with quotes, height, poles, etc. He does not sugar coat his recommendations. Which i prefer since he is the is the expert in fences. 3. I called them and asked for an estimate and they came the next day to give an estimate and timing of the project. They are always busy with jobs which just solidifies their business and customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new fence.

Brad was able to install a new fence that divides our house and our neighbors quickly and during the winter that the previous owner took down. We called other places and they would not start work until spring. As we have a dog, Mustang came to the rescue. Brad answered every question, always responded to phone/text messages. And the fence looks beautiful. I would recommend him to anyone.
