From an installation perspective, they’re phenomenal. From a service perspective, they’re absolutely horrible. I have latch that I would like for them to replace and they won’t call me back. It’s business 101. Earn the customers business by selling the product and then take care of the customer by servicing them. Not earn their business and then drop them. It’s not right. Now we have to hire a completely different fence company to come fix our issue Very annoying

From start to finish the Pure Fence team was amazing! Tim came to the house and gave us the best priced estimate and was very knowledgeable about all of our questions. The fence was installed ahead of the projected time and when they called to see if that would work I was pleasantly surprised. Mike and Rick were the team that did our job and they were nothing short of incredible! These guys worked through, rain and heat! Rick was very good about calling and consulting with me throughout the project – which was greatly appreciated! The attention to detail and making sure the job got done right and looked fantastic was high on their list! I had three different neighbors complement and ask who did the work because it looked so good! Also I can not forget to mention we had a rather tricky yard with a hill and they made the fence look so perfect! Thank you so much to Tim, Rick and Mike!

It was a Pleasure working with Pure Fence Company and Tim! Working with Tim’s associates Rick & Mike was so easy. They had a plan right from the start and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Rick & Mike took the time to figure out some tricky situations on some very difficult terrain and made the new fence look like it was always there. They also powered through some very challenging weather where we had warmth, cold, rain, wind, and snow all within the few days they were there. Excellent customer service. Great prices. Timely completion of our project (even during current supply and staffing shortages everywhere). Responsive- Tim always communicated well, and very promptly via email, texts, phone calls, and even his guys were great and very professional through out the installation. Would highly recommend them!
