Jr’s Home Improvement 2 weeks agoI have had Jr’s Home Improvement do work on 2 of my homes in the last 10 years and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company. Joe and Rebecca are great to deal with and I wont hire anybody else.

Elevated Construction Inc 3 years agoGenerally a polite person, horrible experience. We wanted a deck installed and he left us with something that appeared OK on the day he left. After a short inspection we saw the extent of the terrible job he did. Did not install flashing (in New England!), didn’t fully secure multiple boards, and left gaping holes in the siding of the house (again, no flashing). To (somehow) make matters worse, he outright lied and tried leading us on for over a month, always saying he’ll be coming out as soon as possible to fix it. Hours of time wasted, and dozens of texts, emails, and phone calls later we ended up fixing his hack job ourselves. All of which could’ve been done right the first time and taken less than a day. To top it all off, he (again) lies about his status as a “Platinum” TimberTech installer. He is listed on their site as “Silver”, the difference being a 3-5 year *shorter* warranty on their product. I’ve included pictures of the deck with a board removed to show the lack of flashing, as well as the huge gaps on the edges of the deck where he removed the siding from our house and didn’t bother to patch it. Do yourself a favor and avoid him at all costs. It is not worth the headache. Avoid “Decks R Us”, his other company as well, as it is just a way for him to hide his terrible reviews.

C Bravo Renovations 4 years agoChris and team did an amazing job tearing down and rebuilding my porch in the backyard and did it in a very timely manner for the exact price they quoted. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is they built the deck over our water pump for our well without realizing it and when we told them they said they would come out and build a trap door to access it but never did, despite a dozen phone calls, etc.
