Just had my fence installed Tuesday and they did a phenomenal job. Wanted to support a local business and they gave us the best price. Fence went up and I’ve had so many compliments and friends asking who did it. Couldn’t be happier with the result, would definitely recommend if you’re looking to get a fence.

Fallston Fence did a fantastic job installing our 54″ aluminum fence. Filipe was an extremely knowledgeable and respectful Foreman. He answered all of my questions and was a true gentleman. His two partners were equally as respectful and skilled. Our fence was installed in 6 hours and the guys cleaned up as if nothing happened. Filipe went over everything with me to ensure I was satisfied with the fence and understood the warranty. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Fallston Fence.

Fallston Fence installed our fence in July 2022. Our experience with the entire process was excellent. They were selected after we received a total of three estimates from other fencing companies. After several meetings/interactions with Greg, who was our point of contact with Fallston Fence, I felt they were a honest and trustworthy company. Our fence was installed ahead of schedule and the quality has been very good. I waited three months before writing this review to ensure the quality was good, and it has been very good. I highly recommend Fallston Fence for your fence installation.

They did an ok job installing our fence. However, the installer did not install the gates correctly. They were installed backwards. We reached out to get them to correct and they offered to, but we had to pay for it. We still went forward with paying them for their mistake and then they ghosted us. If there is a pool involved the company should know which way the gates are suppose to open or close. If you have a pool pass on this company.

Fallston Fence exceeded expectations. Our salesperson Greg walked through the process with us to replace an aging vinyl fence with an aluminum fence that surrounds our pool. We did not want the new fence to follow the same line and Greg worked with us providing ideas until we were satisfied with the design. Greg was also willing to accommodate our hectic schedule to work around other construction we were having done on the property. The foreman, Filipe was very professional and walked through the entire installation with us before any work started and throughout the process to ensure that all of the work met our satisfaction. Filipe’s friendly attitude and interest in having the job done well is a positive reflection on Fallston Fence. I would not hesitate to recommend Fallston Fence to anyone replacing or adding a fence to their property.

Fallston fence was quick to come out and provide a free estimate for our fence. Communication was always timely and informative. We were given a 4-6 week timeline for installation, and we had our fence put in right on the 4th week after the deposit was cashed. The fence went up quickly and we were very pleased with the service provided.

I work a fast paced 10 hour day. I do not have time to make calls during work hours. Being so, after hours, I emailed questions about fencing options and a requested to schedule for a quote. I used the email listed on thier website. My hope was an email response in a day or so, addressing my questions and providing customer support. The sales guy literally emailed me the following response: “Call during business hours”. He didn’t answer questions. No attempt to help or provide service. So I definitely won’t be using this company, let alone reaching back out to them.
