Rep came out, measured and drew up proposal. Paid 1/3 down, then work foreman came out to “assess” and announced he was doing something else (at more cost, of course.) It’s been over three months, they took my money and still no resolution. It’s impossible to speak to anyone (if there is even anyone) at Pyle. All calls go to an answering service and are filtered out.

I would say that the actual work that was done was great but the front desk staff, specifically Dan who was 1 of 3 that I spoke to before I received a call back regarding my issue seemed incompetent, unwilling to help and lacked all customer service skills. This high rating is only for the quality of work completed not for dealing with anyone on the phones. They were horrible especially Dan!!!!!

Update: the fence has been up a week and I already have a broken board. I emailed my original contact (Bob) and he said he would send a message to repair. I never heard anything else. I waited 2 more days and called. Of course I get some sort of outsourced call center again. They take my information and again no reaponse. The big issue with this company is communication. It’s been over a week now. Also one of my statues was broken by the staff when installing the fence an no one said anything. I it was very light and could have easily been moved by the staff before. Had any communicated with me prior to install I would have moved the statue myself. Original: I shopped around and went with Pyle because they are in my neighborhood and have great reviews. I am so glad I did. Getting through the call center is a little off putting and communication is lacking but it was worth it in the end. I am absolutely in love with my new fence. The team worked diligently all day in the Baltimore summer heat. Watching them was like watching a well oiled machine. I am so impressed with the teamwork these guys have. They hand built the fence and did not use prehung panels. I highly recommend Pyle Fence. I cannot say enough. They should throw a party for these guys they are such hard workers with amazing craftsmanship!!

Working with Pyle Fence company was incredible when I needed to get my fence finished quickly with my dogs getting out. From the time they came out to give the estimate, which was highly competitive to other quotes I had received, they completed my fence IN 3 WEEKS! Pyle fence company is highly professional, knowledgeable, competitive and completes very beautiful work. I would highly recommend Pyle fence to anyone!

Guillermo was the project manager. The fence and gate were installed as promised. With all the dampness, the wood pickets needed to be trimmed 3 months after the installation. Guillermo was on top of making the necessary adjustments. He’s a super employee with such a customer friendly attitude. Thank you.

Just had our fence replaced and we can’t say enough about Pyle Fence. Their process was professional, friendly and top notch from start to finish. Every member of their staff from John doing the estimate to Carlos overseeing the job, to the workers themselves could not have been better. Quality materials and excellent workmanship. I would highly recommend them for any fence project you are considering. A+++

It started out great. I reached out on their website and anhour later made an appointment to have an estimate done. Tony showed up a few days later, measured the yard, I needed about 200 feet of fence installed, and promised to E-mail me the estimate the following day. I waited a week…nothing, called them, still nothing. Called again…nothing. never did get that estimate, I did finally get my new fence, but it wasn’t from Pyle…

Pyle installed my fence January 2023 and I am extremely pleased with the results. The whole process was very speedy and the price was the lowest among numerous estimates. Winter is an ideal time for fence work because prices are lower and the turn around time is fast. My fence was installed within 1 week of the estimate and their friendly & professional team installed my fence in 1 day. Thanks!

Pyle Fence came highly recommended by many online sources, and I can see why. They were responsive, even answering phones on the weekends. I had a rough estimate quickly, followed up by an in-person appointment with an honest and knowledgeable Tony, who was able to offer great suggestions and problem-solving. The work was done as promised, when promised, and for the quoted price. Our fence looks amazing, and the feeling of security for our dogs is priceless.
