We contacted the to install a new chain link sliding gate on one entrance, lift the electric control box and intstall a new electric box at the main entrance $11000.00 It took them months to install and the main gate dos not work properly. We have called on several occasions for them to come out to fix. they make excuses as to why they can not make it. Our gate is not working again and they are not returning phone calls. We have only had this new gate installed for 2 to 3 months and it has not worked for more than a week straight yet.

I would not recommend using this company for any type of fencing work. When I paid my deposit, I was told materials would be delivered within 10 days, and construction would start immediately after. It took Billy almost 2 months to show up, and when he did, he only arrived with 1/3 of the materials, worked for an hour and left. He claimed this was because when he ordered the material, he told the manufacturer 100 yards and they thought he meant 100 feet, which doesn’t make sense, because when I requested a quote for 100 yards of fence he told me he only deals in feet not yards, so why would he then order based on yards? Also, how do you not notice 200 feet of missing material when it is delivered from the manufacturer? To me this was an excuse for taking so long to show up to work, and he only brought just enough material to work for an hour to keep me satisfied for a while longer. He would show up every few weeks, work for an hour or two and leave, and always had lots of excuses as to why the job was taking so long to finish. He even showed up one time and left an hour later, because his tractor was almost out of diesel and he didn’t think to fill it up on the way to my house. I had to go behind him and point out quality control issues with the fence for him to fix, including a post that he almost sawed in half when cutting panels to length, that he was totally content to not mention until I pointed it out, and then he charged me to replace the post that he damaged. He also tried installing clearly defected and warped panels, and tried arguing with me when I pointed those out as if that’s just normal and I needed to accept it. It was only after I refused to pay for the materials that he called the manufacturer to ask for replacement materials, which they gladly provided. I had to provide the water for the cement, which he did not communicate ahead of time. Thankfully I have well water, and do not pay for water. I also had to provide drinking water for his crew since he didn’t bring any, band-aids when he cut himself since he did not have a first-aid kit, a 2×4 to use to hammer down the posts since he didn’t bring one, and lubricant to use when inserting the panels since he didn’t think to bring any himself. He is very unorganized. Overall, this very simple fence project took over 3 months for something that should have only taken 2 work days at most to complete once materials were delivered.

Terrible!! Took our money in August 2021 to put up a gate, finally dropped off materials in March, said they would be back the next day to start and we haven’t seen or heard from them since. They don’t return phone calls or emails. Contacting a lawyer… Negative stars if I could.

The man that I paid for this company was not professional. He lied and said that he would charge me one price and when they finished the job he charged me $250.00 more. It was a wooden fence. I wouldn’t refer this company to anyone.

Do not use premier fence company of Hammond, La. I hired “Billy” to replace a side portion of my wooden fence that included a gate. First of all he required a 50 percent deposit before starting work. Total job coast me $3200.00. It took him a month or longer before he showed up to work; without updates or explanations, as to why it took him so long and why he never bothered to return my phone calls. It wasn’t until I left a message requesting him to return my deposit that he finally showed up to work. When asked about the delay; he was arrogant and unapologetic for not having communicated with me. His prices are expensive and he does not produce quality work. He had the nerve to hang the name of his fence company on my fence; without asking. The gate was poorly crafted and hung. The boards are uneven, making it difficult to open from the inside of my property. I have called and left countless messages to which he has not responded. I spoke with him once; I’m guessing he did not recognize the number. He said he’d be out to take a look at my gate. He was vague as to when I could expect to see him. When asked, he responded, “I don’t know, Thursday, Friday, or Monday”. That’s been two weeks ago; he has not come, and has not called. I sent him a text saying if he did not come by weeks end I would see him in court. His response, “ I will be there, but you do not need to threaten people!! These are hard times.” That has nothing to do with him taking my hard earn money and doing a lousy job. He does not honor his word and his work is subpar.

It took six months to get my fence put up. Various excuses were used. Lazy work on the wood fence unnecessarily leaving large gaps under the fence. Only offered to put a kick board up on the bottom of the fence which looks ugly. His son put up the aluminum fence and did a pretty good job with that. I would not recommend or use again.

Mr. Billy and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful, very responsive to all our questions, and was very professional! The best part was the quality of his work! We are so please and will definitely be using and recommend his services in the future.

I contacted Billy to fix my elderly Aunt’s fence which was significantly damaged in an auto accident. I am located in Florida, so helping my Aunt with this situation proved challenging. Billy and his team made the process very easy for us. My Aunt’s fence was for both physical security (8 feet tall) and to keep her 4 dogs contained. The push for a quicker-than-normal fix was great and Billy was able to meet her needs for a speedy repair. Additionally, we are very pleased with the quality of his work. We highly recommend this trustworthy business!

Premiere installed chain link fence with automatic gate. Got paid in full the minute he was finished like he was desperate for the payment. Gate worked for a couple days then stopped working. Billy never would come fix it. After 6 months I had a lawyer wrote him a letter. He then sent a guy out to look at it. He got one of my remotes so he could fix it and then he never came back and kept my remote. Never fixed. No warranty, and always full of excuses

Would not recommend Billy knot to do any type of work take it from a former employee he over prices everything and will lie about when he will install it just to get the money he requires for a deposit . He runs around like chicken with his head cut off and trys to complete 8 jobs at once and ends up having to go back and do repairs on 7 of the 8 jobs because he rushes to get them complete I’ve seen it happen alot in the last year . Keep in mind he only has one working crew and treats them like there worthless so his crew is never happy to work. He will cheat you in any way possible just the type of person he is. This man is not looking to make a customer happy he is only worried about his pockets.
