I used them less then 4 years ago, yesterday my gate fell from rotting. I was suppose to have treated wood. I have been calling them for over a year trying to get them to answer my calls leaving message after message and no returns. By fluke when the gate fell yesterday, The son answered and sent someone to pickup the gate and secure it. He told me that him and his dad would be here today to look at the fence, and I have yet to see them and again no answers on the phn. I counted thus far 103 panels that are rotting. And I am sure there are more. I would not recommend them if they can’t answer or return calls or back their work. We paid a lot of money for our fence. I got ahold of them through Facebook and he took off the review and blocked me. So, you can only read their good reviews.

Need repair done on my fence that he installed several years ago. He came out 2 months ago and looked at it; promised he would get it done in the next couple of days (Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest. He said if he were not available that he would send his son out. I have no less than 6 calls leaving messages with no response; I even told him that if he was not interested to let me know so I can look for someone else. Very unprofessional with poor customer service; I don’t understand how people like this remain in business. I’M BUSY TOO AND I’M TIRED OF TRYING TO CHASE PEOPLE DOWN to give them my money! This is typical of not only fence repair people but landscapers also in this area. Whenever I need a job done, contractors never call back; if you DO reach their office they say “take a picture” or they are “working on a big commercial job” or “they have no help” or “its too hot outside”. I’ve had it with undependable and unprofessional locals! If I could give a rating of less than “1” I would!

Miltons came out and installed our playground/dog run fence. They are the bomb. Very attention to detail.

Just got my fence done and it looks awesome! Very professional and respective crew of workers. They work very quick and efficiently. We made a couple changes last minute and they did not complain at all. He came out and gave an estimate and stuck to it. If you want a strong and sturdy fence, give them a call. You will not regret it.

I could not be more pleased with the fence installed on my property. I had to wait longer than I really wanted , BUT I’m very glad I DID ! They had to remove a 6ft wood privacy fence which was installed by a deferent fence company 3 years ago. That fence was completely damaged from the storm . Mr. Milton showed up with his crew and removed all the damaged fencing in one day . The following Day his men set all 50 plus post in concrete. 48 hour’s later his men installed all of my new fencing . This new fence is flawless and way more than I expected ! If you are looking to have a really nice fence installed by Professionals look no further than Milton Fencing . The wait was well worth it ! I am EXTREMELY PLEASED!!!! Thank You Richard Milton, and please let your men know how pleased I am with the Quality of work they performed here . Very Professional!!!!!!!!

Milton fence installed posts in my yard in July of 2021. I had a few concerns about the post placement, but Mr. Milton and I met to address them and came up with a plan to remedy the situation. I was under the impression that all was well, however, Mr. Milton has been ignoring my attempts to contact them and as of December 22, 2021, our fence remains unfinished.

Had an appointment scheduled for a quote, today, at 9am. Called and the gentleman stated he was on the phone and would call me back. Within an hour’s time, no call back. Had my husband try to call. He left a message. I called again twice and texted. No answer or response. I really wanted to use this company because the photos of the work are beautiful and my realtor recommended them 🙁
