Secure Access repaired several of our fences on the airport grounds. Thankfully they were on-site within 24 hours after we contacted them in reference to storm damage that had to be addressed immediately. The representatives are always professional when on site and provide high quality service that we will continue to use.

My fiancé and I just had our new fence installed by Secure Access. Overall, I think they did a good job and I’d likely recommend them to others and use them again if I had need. Unfortunately, there were a couple of communication errors that led to some dissatisfaction on my end…but I could also just be more on top of things next time and those things wouldn’t happen. The first issue occurred after we had approved the quote through digital means. We had waited a couple of weeks for a call back for scheduling but it never came. One day my fiancé received a text confirming the installation the next morning and she was confused since we knew nothing about it. She called them and they easily rescheduled her for the following week so we could give our employers respectable notice but we would have preferred more planning of course. They were under the impression that they had spoken to her about it on the phone. She hadn’t spoken to anyone but she does have a very common name for these parts and it could just be a slight mix up. Perhaps we should have called them instead of waiting all that time, that was probably our fault for not being more pro active and following up with things. The second issue arose after the installation team arrived and we were finally able to leave and go to work. I will start off by saying they were a little over an hour late but they did call us back when we asked about the delay so that’s fair. We had a quick walk through and they asked some questions about our preferences and we were all good. Later, when my fiancé was at work, the installer called her a few times with further questions. One of his questions was “which way do you want the boards to go?” She replied “However the neighbors did theirs.” Our neighbors on each side are already fenced in and we were just needing that back fence to close in our yard. They have the pretty side of the fence facing towards our yard. In an admittedly unclear way, she was trying to say “have the pretty side facing towards the yard.” The installers are talking about the back fence, they see that the neighbors have the pretty side facing out, so they faced it out. Now I step into my backyard and see two sides of the yard with the pretty face looking at me with the back part having its pretty face looking out at all the woodland creatures off in the wilderness. It bugs me, but we were ultimately the ones at fault I guess…not realizing a lot of the things we said in the walkthrough could be taken a different way depending on how you look at it. Since I am comparing my fence against that of both my neighbors, it should be noted that Secure Access has, without a doubt, built the superior fence no matter who it’s compared to in the neighborhood. Absolutely no complaints with the construction, they did quality work. Payment process was simple. My dog is trapped. Five Stars.
