Quad City Custom Improvements LLC 3 years agoQuad city custom improvements did a great siding job on my house. I had some water leaks from the roof that was leaking on to the siding and let them know and they took care of it even when majority of the issue should have been corrected when re-roofed. They let me know some corners that were cut when the siding was originally put-on and corrected the issues. Thank you Quad City Custom!

Pleasant Valley Readymix 7 months ago*If you own a small business, think twice before relying on this company* -Mon Nov 13th: Set up “Will” call for 11am on Wed 15th -Wed Nov 15th: – 9am Confirmed order – 11am “No Call, No Show” * We called office, told truck would be there by 12:30* – Again, 12:30 “No Call, No Show” * Again, when we called, told truck would be there at 1:30* – Truck arrived at 1:30. There was an apology, but the excuse was that they prioritized a larger order that came in after ours. They did not care that their business decision cost our small business money in payroll & benefits for our employees. There was zero excuse for the lack of communication. I tried to reason with the office staff to get an adjustment on our bill & tried contact the owner with no response. I wanted to give them every opportunity to fix this issue before posting our experience. It is a shame because we have not had this issue before, but what assurance do we have that we can rely on them in the future?

Orville Belcher Construction and Remodeling a year agoNice guy when we met him and we wanted to hire him but never replied and we waited months to try again and still no reply and this put us in a tough spot for a while after we patiently waiting for a response. We wish him well

Midwest Complete Construction 3 months agoWe have had them do several things, replace our windows, roof, and deck, install an outside kitchen, and finish our basement. Their workmen are pleasant and easy to work with. There was only one little thing I was not satisfied with, and their General manager pointed out before I said anything and said he’d be sure it was fixed.

Concept Bath Systems, Inc. 2 weeks agoWe have been very pleased with our experience at Concept Bath Systems. Our master bath was very small and had insufficient storage. Collin had some great suggestions as to how we could increase storage and give us a few more inches in our shower. That may not sound like much but it is nearly done and I can already see the improvement. Collin is knowledgable and easy to work with. The crews were excellent also. They were friendly, considerate and skilled at their work. We were kept informed. They weren’t pushy but made suggestions that in the long run were to our benefit. We had one small glitch which they remedied quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a bath remodel. Fred and Karen
