Great experience with Superior Fence & Rail in Zionsville. I had both white vinyl and aluminum fencing installed. Both areas of installation had some tricky elements. My salesman, John, was very patient as we talked through and ultimately planned the installations. I really like Superior’s technology with respect to the order record/dashboard & online payment processing. The details on the dashboard are very thorough, including a diagram of the installation area. The disclosures included on the order record are also very thorough and instilled confidence with me that all bases were being covered both on Suprerior’s end and on mine. On the day of installation Jorge the foreman showed up at 8 to go over everything on the order & installation tickets. He was very professional & reassuring. A large crew arrived shortly thereafter with all materials and the process went very smoothly from beginning to end. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end results. Both the white vinyl and aluminum look great. Pups are VERY happy and we’re already getting lots of compliments from our human guests!

I had an excellent experience! David (the salesman) was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the HOA and town of McCordsville requirements. This along with excellent communication from everyone I came into contact with, a pre-job walk through with a project manager and them returning promptly to make one change all made this process so easy.

Superior Fence and Rail is indeed superior. We contacted three different companies, two of which either didn’t get back to us or were a week or two responding. Superior responded that day, was out surveying the property, and sending an estimate very quickly. We needed the fence installed as quickly as possible due to tight building timelines. Superior arranged for underground surveys and permits immediately. The fence was installed with a 5-foot gate in about 2 hours. The professionalism, swift response and quality installation was beyond what we normally experience with companies in today’s world. We would HIGHLY recommend Superior for residential fencing needs and would use them again without question.

Jeff and the owner were amazing and extremely patient with our requests and questions for our fence. It was a seamless process from start to finish. The fence installers arrived on time and got to work immediately, very friendly and efficient crew. I would use superior fence and rail again and recommend them to family and friends! The team was terrific! They called ahead and showed up when they said they would. They tore out the old fence by noon and had the new one up before they left for the day! It is beautiful and already several neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. Very pleased and would recommend.
