Fence Factory Family was amazing to work with. Adam was really helpful thru the entire process. They were very understanding when we had to put the job on hold so my HOA could approve the work. Super happy with my fence and the entire process!

We are EXTREMELY PLEASED! Adam, Rosie & Tom could not have been any better to us. Adam…was very patient, showed us many designs and walked us through the benefits and drawbacks of each. The service throughout…from the initial call to Rose, Adam’s first visit to measure and show designs to the detailed estimates he e-mailed for the 3 quotes we requested was less than three days. We decided on our choice within a day, forwarded a deposit and our beautiful fence was installed within 3-weeks of the first visit! And…it could have been sooner had the village acted in a timely fashion. My wife and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a fence of high quality and excellent craftsmanship! Excellent!! I would highly recommend Fence Factory Family. We have a rather large yard and they took out what was left of our existing fence and installed the new one with beautiful gates…it’s perfect! Very professional and they communicate well. We will call them in the future if needed.

Adam came out to do an estimate for our house and our neighbor’s house. We did get an initial quote after calling several times, but then asked for a revision so that we would pay for more than our neighbor so we could all sign our quotes for the work to begin. He kept telling us he would send it. We tried calling the office and spoke with someone else who assured us Adam would send it. A few weeks went by and nothing. Asked again and was ignored. Our neighbor reached out and Adam said he was sorry for the delay as he had been sick with COVID and would get it sent out to us that night. And then nothing. I sent one more follow up email stating both us and our neighbor wanted to proceed with the work and we were looking forward to signing the revised quotes only to never hear from anyone.

Tom and Adam did exactly what I hired them for…replace an old fence with a new fence. The suggestions and explanation of the whole process along with the estimate I received from Adam were helpful and fair. Tom and his crew worked hard and they were respectful of my property…didn’t leave any mess. They did a great job, I couldn’t be happier. I definitely would hire them again.
