I have now had Osterhoff’s put up two fences for me. Great job both times! Chad is on top of it with communication. There was a minor issue with a part for the gate (not their fault). Chad had it overnight shipped. Their installers stayed late the second day to make sure the job was finished that day. Chad even checked/repaired a minor problem with the gate they put in 8 years ago without me even saying a word. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with the fence that Osterhoff did for us! Chad was excellent to speak to and was detailed in explaining the products he offered. His crews did an amazing job and cleaned up very well after the installation. Although I was happy with the price in my quote I still checked with other companies to see what price ranges were. Osterhoff gave me the best quote by far, and I am so happy I went with them. It looks great and pictures really don’t do it enough justice. I really appreciate the work this company did and I would recommend them to anyone looking to add a fence to their property!

It is always dificult to choose a contractor to do work on your home. Choosing Osterhoff was the best decision we could have made. The entire process was easy, fast, enjoyable, and affordable. Chad listened to what we wanted, expalined what it would take to get it done, and moved very quickly once everything was in order. The installation team was top-notch. They were professional, polite, extremely respectful of our property, and continually checked with us to make sure we were happy with the isntallation as it was happening. Chad also checked in installation day to make sure everything went well. To say we are pleased with the outcome is an understatement. There is not one thing about working with them that we were unsatisfied with or would change. We would use them again without hesitation, and highly reccomend them to anyone needing a fence. We may have to see if he would travel to do a fence on an out of state property, since we don’t think anyone else would meet our expectations, after this amazing experience.

Top notch material and service. Working in the trades myself & being a homeowner who has had many tradesmen in my home for various projects- I know what a nightmare it can be to find a trustworthy and reliable company to work with. Finding a competent and honest company is (& should be) the number one priority of any homeowner no matter the project. We all know what a task this can be. I already knew many of my neighbors had gone through Osterhoff & just by seeing their fences holding up year after year still looking brand new tells you plenty about their product. My entire experience with Osterhoff was fantastic. Chad, the office staff, and his crews on site were all professional and resourceful. Chad and staff would respond to all of my *many* inquiries within 24 hours- generally much sooner. Materials used for our PVC fence are top quality and I am blown away by the product. Installation crew did a beautiful job and were all very respectful. They even went the extra mile to tie back foliage to protect our plants. Wonderful experience. I had brought up initial concerns before the project started which Chad addressed several times to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. I have never worked with a contractor or company who I felt and saw first hand the integrity and trustworthiness of not only their installments, but also their products. Oh & to top it off- pricing was competitive & fair. This was a huge project for us as a family & we confidently feel this was money well spent. I normally don’t review, but I had to for this project. Thank you Chad & everyone on the team!!

I called on a Friday morning, waited all dsy for a return call, never got one. But they installed a fence across from me that dsy! You mean to tell me no one answers the phone on Fridays? Guess they’re so wealthy they can do just that! Won’t get my business! And I will tell 10 people what service I never recieved as a return call.

Just had a privacy fence installed and it is beautiful. The work of Chad’s crew is exceptional. They had the project done in one day and that includes a take down of an old chain link fence. The men were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly,did quality work. It shows when you look at my fence. And the best part, I got a good price from Chad. Thanks for everything!

What a great experience. Chad and his crew went out of their way to make sure the fence they built was exactly what I wanted. The fencing itself is top quality. The installation crew were skilled professionals. No debris or dirt was left behind for me to clean up. The warranty is fantastic. Then there’s the price. I had estimates from 3 different companies prior to Osterhoff. Chad’s price for this beautiful vinyl fence was about the same as the other estimates I had received for an unpainted wooden fence and almost half the cost of the other guys lesser quality vinyl fence.

By far the best experience I could’ve had with a fencing contractor! Very polite, knowledgeable, & punctual. Chad & his team are simply amazing!! The crew actually installed my fence today 11/15/23 and was installed about 2 weeks early! The crew knew what they were doing, verified where my gates were going and how I wanted them to swing out, they started around 7am tearing out my old fence which did not take them long at all! With it being the colder season and getting darker earlier the crew stayed until the job was completed at around 5:30 and I’m very pleased with the work that they did. I could not have made a better choice when it comes to Chad’s pricing, he’s the most affordable for the best quality and I’m proud to stand by that! Thank you guys so much again, I look forward to many years of enjoying this fence… unless I move, then I’ll be calling you guys again🤣
