I had a great experience with Fence Connection! I was referred to Scott by another customer of theirs and he was extremely polite, responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. About a year later a part of the fence came loose due to heavy winds. I texted Scott early in the morning asking if he could have someone come out that day and he got back to me right away. He was honest and let me know that due to their heavy workload they wouldn’t be able to make it out for a few weeks. Five days later I received a call that they were coming by to fix it. I would recommend Fence Connection to anyone. Our fence looks great and we couldn’t be happier with it.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. As a local business owner myself, I hate leaving bad reviews, but this company has been terrible from the moment we signed and handed over the contract. The quality of work that was done in the beginning was terrible and while they did come back and fix the main issues, the quality is very sub par. We had our fence installed in 2022, a few months after installation I’m not sure how things shifted or what happened but our latch is to short so it doesn’t latch to keep the gate shut. When I hounded the sales rep he basically told me it wasn’t his job to deal with it and to call the office. I did so, and it took me escalating and chasing down managers to finally get someone to tell me they’d come fix it. It is now 2024 and my gate still isn’t fixed. I have a 100lb pup that gets out because of this and scares our neighbors, our littler guy is a runner and has almost gotten hit by a car due to them pushing the back gate open. I can’t express enough that I am not one to leave a bad review, but want to save others the headaches…

Scott and Fence Connection are great! They worked with me to find just the right design and adjustments to fit the vision we had for our fence. They were very quick to respond to all my questions throughout the process. And above all our fence looks fantastic and we are very pleased with the work! Very honest and fair company! Highly recommend!

The Fence Connection did a fantastic job on our fence. Working with Scott made it easy. Always there for answering questions assuring it will be done right. And it was. Neighbors love the fence and said their home value goes up too. Also asking us who we used. Matches our house too!

Fence Connection crew did an amazing job. They made sure I get the gates at the correct elevation, making sure the gate size is good enough to clear the landscaping equipment. The experience with was smooth right from the first engagement with Scott, taking accurate measurements and also helped with few suggestions around the fence. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

The overall experience from quote to install was excellent. Scott was very organized and explained the full process clearly upfront, quick in responding to any queries asked and attention to details was perfect. He made clear notes and drawings for my special requests and his crew was able to follow them exactly as requested. Overall a good team to work with and highly recommended.
