Very happy with my experience. The process is a lot for a first-time fence buyer–a lot of steps to take (and I didn’t even have to get a permit!). But Dustin was informative and patient during the sales portion, and the staff also with my phone calls. Mike and crew did a great job @ install. I am only sad I didn’t do this sooner! Thanks Trost!

I absolutely cannot say enough good about this business. I called and made an appointment for a representative to come out regarding a deck replacement. Cole was my first contact with the company and he was very professional, explaining everything to me, taking measurements and within a few days providing me with a bid. I visited Columbia to actually see the product, made some changes and signed the contract. Scott and his crew showed up about a month later and within a week I had a new deck. Scott was very meticulous and a perfectionist. You could tell that he and his crew have been doing this together for a long time. Cole kept me informed every step of the way of exactly what was happening during the process. I love my new deck and I highly recommend this company.

Fences are expensive anywhere. Take a shot of fireball before you get a quote to easy the pain. At least they have great service and are expert installers.

This was the third fence we had installed by Trost Plastics, and it is still clear why we have chosen them every time. Our first fence at our previous house was perfect for our tiny yard. When we had part of it burn down due to a neighboring fire, we called to have it replaced. Both times the crew was out earlier than they had estimated and completed the jobs ahead of schedule. This latest time we called to have Justin come out and give us a quote for replacing the old chain link fence in our yard at our new house. He was out as soon as he could get there and still remembered us from before. He was in and out, and we got the quotes the very next day. We scheduled them to come out, and they showed up about a week earlier! They came today with a large crew and got our ENTIRE fence put up before we got off work. The whole crew was professional, tidy, and made sure the fence was top notch quality before leaving. They checked in with us periodically throughout the day to make sure we knew their progress. After today, there is no question that Justin and Trost Plastics will be our choice every time we need something. They have been amazing each time, and we love our new fence!

I scheduled an appointment to have the quote completed. Justin arrived early to go over everything in detail. I was given 3 different options, and after reviewing, chose the right one for my needs. The install would be a couple months out…no big deal. The team arrived Tuesday Aug 22, one of the hottest most hunid days of the year, had half completed by 3pm. Again it was hot! Back the next morning and I think there were finished by 2pm. Everything looks and functions as expected, yard cleaned up, and no debris left over. This team did an exceptional job and we couldn’t be more please with our new fence. Thank you!

We recently had the opportunity to work with Trost Plastics for the installation of a vinyl fence in our back yard. We were impressed right out of the gate when Justin came to inspect our property and take measurements. He was very thorough, looked at the type of soil we have (rocky) and the pitch of the hill in the yard. We had three estimates done for the fence, and neither of the other two companies did that much. There were weather issues to contend with as the installation was the beginning of January. We were kept informed every step of the way. One day it had rained, and the ground was just too wet. Installation was postponed, but it only instilled in me a greater confidence in this company. There were not going to do an installation just to get it done. Absolutely everyone in this company was a pleasure to work with! The installers could not have been kinder, more professional or courteous. I very highly recommend Trost Plastics! We are extremely pleased and know you would be too!

I won’t use any other fence company ever again. They were professional from when we walked into their showroom all the way through design and installation. The two men removed 280 feet of uneven broken fence and replaced it with beautiful even perfect vinyl fence with 2 gates. They did the whole thing in 4 days and were professional and patient with questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Now if they only sold an electric option to keep the squirrels off it I would have paid extra.
