Manny and his team did a great job installing a gate and replacement fence project for me. My landscaper had recommended them so I knew that they must do a good job. I would recommended A&M myself.

Actual work was performed 2019: I wanted to add two sides of the fence in my backyard; the third one already existed. I requested that from the salesperson, (John Burns), to match the design and color of my neighbor’s fence, which A&M had built a month earlier. Despite communicating this to John, the wrong color and design were installed. We managed to adjust the design to be somewhat close to the other side, but I had to stain the fence myself. Additionally, they did not install the door correctly, and had to come back and repair it. I still have issues with the door, as it simply does not close properly. Because of the mismatch of the color and the design, they offered a 3% discount, which was insignificant compared to the overall price and the fact that I had to stain my fence afterward. On top of everything, I recently discovered that the fence is built a few inches into my other neighbor’s yard. This was pointed out when the house next door was sold and resurveyed. I’m not sure if this will become a problem, but I did provide my plot of survey when the fence quoted. Unfortunately I will not recommend this company, for the price they charge, there should be much more attention to detail and accountability. I will give them 2 stars for the effort made by John Burns to fix the situation.

Work was performed at our Wooddale Property. Work was done very quickly and nicely. I had a great experience with A & M. They did a preinstall visit. The crew showed up promptly I already had all my bushes tied up out of the way so they were able to start without delay. They consulted with me for any positioning preferences I had or needed deviations from the plan. Its been a year and the fence still looks great and it’s blended in with the existing plantings so that it looks like it was installed before they were. A really nice job!
