Rushed job and messed up our fence. Will have to get it replaced. Paid 1600 for rushed service! First it was hard getting any updates or follow ups of any kind. Had to call in several times. When they did come out, the crew left early talking about they had to get supplies and would be back 8am. They never showed up. Had to make a call letting them know that it was noon and they never returned. They send a new crew that got it done within 3 hours but did a poor job. appreciated them finding a crew to return and getting it done but once it settled it was a poor job. Shared the feedback with my project manager and haven’t received any feedback on their service. I don’t recommend this company UPDATE: 7/14:24 their escalations manager reached out to try to fix the issue. They cane out and we showed them how poorly the job was done. They kept asking me what they could do to fix the issue. Agitated they kept texting me and asking me what they could do to rectify the issue and knowing they could see the issue I just asked for them to fix the noticeable, So the fix wasn’t looking as if it was broken again. I don’t think I had to explain to them the problem when they could see for themselves but a quick fix is what they wanted. The guy who came to fix it even stated they used the incorrect boards etc as they shaved them in slants which prohibits my door to close properly. So why not fix the whole thing?! While the manager was nice and touched base daily I think service is way more than a quick fix. I appreciate the follow up and follow through but word of advice. Daily check ins and a gift box doesn’t equate to the hassle I had to endure while still paying 1600 for the fence door to be replaced and having to decide which part of the poor job I wanted fixed. Because they fixed that one issue I was asked to either delete or change my review. Won’t do either. Adding updates and will give you 2 stars as you tried. Others will still use your business so do every effort to ensure this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Carlos went above and beyond to earn my business. He was patient, kind and worked with me to find the right set up and product for my project. Unfortunately it didn’t work out with Ergeon but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Carlos if any issue or need came up in the future!

My experience was great spoke with Romeo Alvarez and he explained everything, answered all my questions, showed different options. I felt no pressure to make a decision it was a great call. I loved his professionalism manner and understanding. 7/10/24 My fence is up and done and I am so happy with it. My backyard feel and look great. I Can’t wait to have people over to let them see this beautiful fence. Thanks Ergeon so much I love my backyard.
