Young Construction Group of Idaho, Inc. 2 years agoBeen fighting residual issues for 15 years on a 1.7 million dollar building. Won’t stand behind their work, DO NOT build with young construction group. Everything was completely jerry rigged and there were 23 significant issues including a roof that would have failed prematurely if not redone. Everything from the engineers at the top to the manual workers at the bottom, absolutely disappointing and a terrible business. 0 quality control for anything whatsoever! Build with Polin and Young/ Young construction if you want a building that will cause you problems for the rest of your days!

wimrichconstructioninc 3 years agoNot worth the stress he causes or the money to fix what he did. UPDATE–11/17/2020 I just received another bill he did not pay for! The building permit–it is $108.00 of which he did not pay. We paid him well over $10,000.00 and he couldn’t pay for the building permit. AVOID this company at all cost.

TML Construction Inc 2 years agoThe owners are nice people that have integrity with attention to detail. Their staff is professional and timely. If you need a steel structure I would give them a call. Just be aware that like all good construction companies they are booked a year out on projects at this time 3/8/22.

Tall Pines Remodel & Restoration a month agoTall Pines has been fantastic to work with on projects! Their quality and craftsmanship goes far beyond what is expected. Not only do we work with them on projects I have also had them do work on my own home twice. They did a fantastic job and did what they said they would do. I recommend them to anyone for all your remodel and cabinet needs! Josh and Steven both have over 30 years combined experience in the construction industry. Highly recommended!

StanCraft Construction Group 8 months agoIt has been a pleasure working with StanCraft on our build at Schweitzer Mountain in Sandpoint, Idaho. Very thankful that they opened up an office here. It has been the my best building experience in 20+ years. Excellent group.

Northwest Structures Pole Buildings & Barndominium Builders 2 days agoI regret to say that my experience with Northwest Structures has been extremely disappointing. I have been waiting for payment on a dozen outstanding invoices, with five of them being over a year old. While I acknowledge that some of these invoices were submitted later than their preferred schedule, the company never requested them and consistently paid extremely late on the dozens of previous jobs we helped with. Throughout this time, Northwest Structures has been communicative, but unfortunately, their promises have proven to be empty. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, my emails and calls have ultimately led to no action or resolution from their end. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, and it has significantly impacted my business operations. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with them unless you are prepared to deal with the same frustrations and lack of payment. For the end customer, this lack of payment with normally result in a lien being placed on your property by the subcontractor. It’s a shame because I had high hopes for our partnership, but their inability to fulfill their financial obligations has left me with no choice but to leave this negative review. I hope this serves as a cautionary tale for others considering doing business with them. – BAUHERR CRANE –

Missional Development LLC 4 months agoTrent with Missional Development is a talented, professional, friendly and reliable contractor. He and his team remodeled our entire home, including knocking out walls, installing support beams, installing gorgeous, real-wood beams on the ceiling, custom welded iron brackets, and more. The process was seamless and we had great communication with Trent and his team throughout it. We are ecstatic with the result. We highly recommend Trent to anyone looking for a skilled contractor. You will not be disappointed.
