I only wish there was a zero star. Monroe originally put up the fence on our property. He then sold to the new owners. We called to get an estimate to repair damage due to a car accident. They did that for us. Then before we could get the insurance settled another accident occurred and damaged another portion of the fence. Needless to say I had to get another estimate. No problem. When the insurance finally settled on the second case it was winter. Not to worried we waited till this summer to fix the damages. Called an was told they were out a few months. I told them just to fit us in whenever and if they needed payment ahead of time just to let me know. Called the end of the summer to see if they are still going to do the repairs and the OWNER told me that we had gotten estimates from them and wasted their time so they really did not have time to come fix it. REALLY because a month and a half ago I TOLD YOU TO COME GET THE MONEY AND REPAIR THE FENCE WHENEVER YOU GUYS HAD TIME. Do not waste your time and find another company. Sounds like this company really is not interested in the local community anymore and only likes government contracts.
