I had my fencing done with the company and within few month gate getting stuck is not opening and looks like falling down ,called and email to company no response they keep saying will send someone to fix. I see other customers (Sharon Phillip) having same issue , they never came to fix my gate as well.

Updated 11/29/2023: Initially I was very please with the services of this company. The day after my fence & gate were installed I reached out to them to request that the gate be repaired. I was told that someone would be out to fix it. This was on 7/29/23. Several calls and emails later all I got was an apology for the inconvenience and the delays and that they “actively working on a plan to expedite the repair process”. It is 11/29/2023 and my gate is still not fixed. I haven’t heard from anyone at the company. I am so done. This company came highly recommended to me by a friend. What a joke. At this point I need to find someone else to repair the gate as I don’t want to go into 2024 with a gate that is falling off the hinges. Shame! —————————————— My car was recently stolen from my driveway. So I wanted to fence in my backyard for privacy and security reasons. Got several quotes that were outrageous or that would take a min. of 3 weeks until install. A friend told me about Buckhead Fence. They gave me an all inclusive quote and were able to complete install within a week. I was able to get the fence I wanted for almost $3k less than other bids. I did have a problem with my gate, I called the office and they were very responsive and will be sending someone out to fix it.

I have already called this organization four times in the last 24 hours after depositing all of the required materials costs and have yet to receive a call back after they’ve already delayed my fence installation. After they delayed the first time, citing materials, delivery issues, they assured me that the issues that had happened before leading them to not communicate until the day of installation would be solved and they were changing their policies and procedures. I am now a week out and have still not received any call after requesting from multiple staff members information regarding on it if my fence is even going to get installed.
