Paid way too much for the garbage quality and craftsmanship of this fence. At the time of installation I was out of town and the crew knocked on the door to tell my wife that “it would be $300-$500 more, since there’s so much rock”….strange how a salesman showed up and measured and surveyed the area before he gave us the bid. On the second day of having this fence up, my double gates failed and were laying on the ground after a storm. Called bravo and they sent the same crew out and they “fixed” the gate by beating the cheap hinges back to barely usable shape. I’ve had the fence up a while now and every time I look at it, I kick myself for letting these people put it up. There isn’t even fasteners in every vertical board. The crew put as little effort in to making it straight or level as they could get away with.

We had our fence installed in 2021 and it was a seamless expereince. Since we have a 5 year warranty, we called when our gate was coming off and they sent someone out the next week for the repair. The guy who did the repair was so thorough and went above and beyond to fix the issue, so efficient and kind! Thanks bravo!

The workmanship was fantastic. My only complaint is that only one of the installers barely spoke English, the rest spoke none. Communication was extremely difficult. I also wish the original contact person, Joey, had followed up on the finished project.
