Welcoming ourselves to Georgia from the Pacific NW, we knew we wanted a Gate and fencing and as fate would have it West Georgia Custome Fencing was in our line if site as we dropped off our Uhaul trucks. The reception was amazing, and though the cost of this project was more than we expected, it was completed with copious amont of communication between our Salesman Travis and Jim Bob himself. Our custom gate is more than we could have asked for, as we have 4 fur babies and a very busy street. Furthermore, Jim Bob is a lucky man to have Henry as an installer. The man has a line-of-site like an eagle. No level lines, snaplines, and all concrete set posts, and they are a straight as can be. He is a beast and takes obvious pride in his work. Absolute perfection, and I don’t pay compliment unnecessarily. Henry is a critical asset to this install success, and I encourage you to ask for him on your Fence or Gate Journey. I expect quality before quantity, and I do believe I received what I paid for. Would absolutely recommend West Georgia Custom Fencing.

Absolutely thrilled with our new fence from West GA Custom Fence! They were recommended by a real estate agent friend of ours. Henry and Lewis who did the work have been with the company for decades and are true craftsmen. Travis was fantastic on the sales/ PM side and was willing to come out multiple times to work with us on fencing type and placement to avoid trees and get a nice line. He was even very patient with us changing our mind a few times. Sorry, Travis! Henry and Lewis were very conscious of making sure the wire was secure along the bottom for our dogs. Our pups can now safely play in the yard and we can allow them to spend more time outside while we work from home. I should also add that we had the same type of fencing installed at our last property by another company and the quality of the build and materials were nowhere near this level. We will definitely recommend West GA Custom Fence to anyone else needing fencing. A big thank you from Simba, Daisy, Tater Tot, and little Bubba!

I called to get an estimate for a fence & got a free written estimate the next day. They showed up to do the work when they said they would & completed the job in 3 days as promised. They did an excellent job. I will be a repeat customer. I’m already planning my next fence on another property & I wouldn’t even consider calling any other company.

I am only given a one star because I can’t give a zero to do a review. They will not give me a phone call back and would not come out and give me an estimate for a small job. They are really unreliable.

I’ve always wanted a fence with a gate!! Thank you to all who put in the hard work in the heat to make it look and function so well!! I appreciate you all more that you know!!!! BTW everyone that has seen it loves it and I’ve told them to call you when they want to get one!!!!

Chris the salesman was great. The install crew was likable, but their quality of work less than adequate much less professional. I had to have them come back 3 times. Not a happy customer🥴

West Georgia Fence came out to our home on April 17th to measure. Jim Bob and Chris were very nice, but that’s where it ended. We were told we would have an estimate in a few days. We waited a week and didn’t hear anything. I called their office, and the lady who answered said she would have the estimate sent to us that afternoon. We never got anything. I called again, and Jim Bob actually answered phone. He said he was waiting to get a price from the fencing distributor, and we would have an estimate when he heard back from them. We never got the estimate. I called them again, verified that they had the correct email address, and the lady said that the owner was standing right next to her, and that they would definitely have an estimate to us by close of business that day. We never received anything. Fast forward 2 more calls where we were promised that the estimate would be emailed to us. It never came. Now it’s June 20th, 2 months later, and we have yet to hear back from them. They obviously don’t want the job. We’re done! Horrible customer service and follow-up!
