Waited 2 weeks for an estimate for a wood fence and a rolling mechanized driveway gate. I had to call them to find out what was happening. Estimator told me they couldn’t do the job because their vendors couldn’t provide the kind of wood we wanted in the sizes we wanted— treated pine for a 6′ fence. The pickets we wanted weren’t their standard. At a minimum, wouldn’t they want the gate business?

Has to be one of my worst experiences ever. I was told 4- 6 weeks for my product to come in and it actually took took 9 weeks. Then when they call me and tell me my product was ready no one could find the product. The manager said oh it’s still getting powdered coated which was a lie that they use. Received a call the next day oh well they didn’t know where to look for your product but it’s here we will deliver it for you. Received my product and noticed it was missing pieces took another week for me to receive my product because once again your gate is in powder coating. No one knows what’s going on in this company. The only time I got a lil justice is when I talked to the owner. So maybe the owner needs to do everything and fire everyone else. Never again !!!! I will go somewhere else before I step foot into Bravo..

I had a custom fence made with bravo and waited a month for the fence. It still wasn’t ready and gave them another week. They messed up the size of the gate, they overcharged me and lots of pieces were missing and scratched up. They always say they are going to call you back and they never call you back. Very rude customer service. I do not recommend using them for any fence jobs.

I’m giving a 2 for only one reason. Bravo installed 4ft fence on side of house in front according to Bravo that was code however we got tagged by City of Tampa for being out of code. A solid fence has to be 3ft, to meet code for Tampa is you must be able to see through the fence. When we called Bravo it took multiple calls and more than a week for a response. When the salesman came to our house he stated he was not aware of Tampa’s code. They charged us again to replace with a picket fence. I was expecting some charge but they even charged us to remove the fence they installed less than a year ago against code. I would have thought a large fence company such as Bravo would be knowledgeable in the code restrictions. Very disappointed in the additional $1700.00 cost that clearly could have been avoided from the beginning. We ask if they would help with the cost but the answer was no.

Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Reasonable price. On time. Fence looks great. Very happy with the service and would use them again in the future.
