Vortex Solutions 3 years agoVortex is very professional and knowledgeable! They make sure all work is up to code and has the proper permits and paperwork needed. Which is something I find does not always happen in construction and contractors — so very pleased with the attention to the fine details.

Top Gunn Kitchen & Bath Design Center 2 months agoDon’t just don’t, Jason and his crew remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, when one of the kitchen pantry doors was installed it was cracked, i started calling Jason last march , I mean a year ago, to fix it, there were so many issues, first he was never on the job site. How can you be a contractor and never see the work? the bathroom floor is horrible and you almost fall down every time you use it, my husband has Parkinson’s disease and uses the hall bathroom , the slope to the drain is close to 3 inches. also the decorative tile was the wrong color than we ordered….The worst thing is it was done so poorly that we get mold all the time. The tile is all discolored in the bathroom and since we clean it often we can’t figure if they used the wrong grout for a bath etc…molding was done wrong, and I paid for a shower seat that we didn’t get! Also no finish painting or fixing the ceiling wher they removed structure. I paid over 70 thousand total with plumber and electrician and I have two leaking faucet and and had to repair the kitchen tile because you could see into the outlets. it took me a year to write this review. personally I liked Jason but quality and your promises we’re not on the same page. I have all the texts if anyone wants to see them!

Seggie Custom Builders a year agoI would not let this man build us a dog house! We chose this contractor because Hernando County uses him. Do not make that mistake. I guess it just comes down to who you know or lowest bid. Over 25k in the dumpster for construction that had to be done over as it would not pass inspection and red tags. That also lead to a nightmare and fines with the county . Harassment from the county cost of years of heartache and aggravation as well as attorney fees. All of the thank’s to John Seggie and Seggie C B. We are not people to sue but we should have big mistake.
