This guy took our money promised us a gate and never delivered. He will not take calls and we spent thousands of dollars. Would not recommend even calling this guy or make sure he has the gate before you give him a down-payment

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!! The owner will take your money and either it will take him FOREVER to give you the product you paid for or he will just ghost you. We are STILL waiting for part of a contract that has been going on for a YEAR and another one that was “promised” with a 3 week turnaround and now we can’t even get our calls or texts returned. This is a classic business that uses one person’s money to payoff another account. Robs Peter to pay Paul. And then after he is done crying you a river of his personal problems or the fact that he can’t keep employees, he has the nerve to go out and buy himself a new truck – all the while still not giving us what we paid for!!!! Save yourself the grief and aggrivation and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I contracted three Gates through Alberto Aug 7, 2023 we agreed on a 120 days to completion and installed. We have been more than patient, we have trying for months to get him to refund our deposit since he is too busy to build our gates and complete the job. He would say oh I can’t do that I already ordered your equipment, We have called numerous times just to be stood up, when he did show up saying I will have them done just give me two more week this was in November. We gave him chance after chance just to be lied to once again. Around Jan 2024 we told him if he can’t give our deposit back or the gates then we would have to seek legal action. Mar 19, 2024 he installed one side of one gate then said he would finish the first gate after he got the trolleys for the second gate. He said he had to reorder them from some where else. Well at this point its over 9 month and still no refund or finished product. After we made our initial deal he ask me if I knew he was a gambler that he spends most of his time at the HardRock casino in Tampa winning big money, Guess that’s where our deposit went and he Can’t refund us. Don’t waste your time on this shady company.

Don’t like to leave bad reviews. Unfortunately I have no choice. I hired them to do a gate on August 9th 2023. They gave me a 12 week turn around. 23 weeks later no gate. They agreed to refund me the $12,500 deposit but have blown 2 dates they would refund by. I have had to file complaints to their licensing board and take legal action to reclaim my deposit. stay away.

Our HOA is looking for a company to service our community. Our management company reached out to Liberty Gates and asked them to contact me for a quote on servicing our gates. After 3 weeks with no response I reached out to them directly and left a message for them to call me. After another week without a call I called them one more time and left another message. It’s now been almost 2 months and no response from this company. I guess they don’t need the business!

Liberty Gates is a fantastic company. They installed a beautiful gate for us about 5 years ago. From the friendly/knowledgeable woman who answers the phone to the owner of the company you can tell they really care about their customers. They were very professional & prompt, calling when they were on the way & being on time for our appointment. That afternoon I received a fair quote to repair our gate that was damaged during the hurricane. The gate was able to be repaired 2 days later! I will not hesitate to recommend Liberty Gates to everyone I know.

Do Not Use This Company! They were great until our gate was installed. I paid them final payment in good faith. Once I saw the gate after installation the scrolls on the left gate are deformed and do not match the nice scrolls on the other side. We have tried to get them to fix it for way over a year. Everytime we call they say next month or later. They keep putting us off and never call. They do not stand behind the quality of work. This gate should have never even got to my house looking this bad.
