My gate far exceeded my expectations!

We met with the sales rep at our home and at the showroom. At our home we were offered brochures and products we found out later that they couldn’t get. So we went to the showroom and chose our selections and waited on a quote. The rep was responsive in that he would say, “I don’t have a quote yet.” or “I am waiting on my supplier.” 2 months went by with us reaching out multiple times. We got no where and went with another company because they just wouldn’t supply the pricing. Waste of our time and that of the sales person.

DO NOT SPEND TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY COME TO YOUR PLACE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION, THEY TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. THE COMPANY IS A DISASTER

Meet with Scott the person who come out to review the project and take measurements exc. I explained the project he said he’s done many projects of the same and said he will have an estimate for me within a few day. A few days pass I did not hear from Scott so I texted him and called and he apologized and assured me he will have the quote for me in a couple of days which did not happen. After a few days I text, called and he again assured me he will get the quote to me in a few days and nothing. Ultimately after 3 calls, 3 weeks later of waiting for a response he tells me they decided to pass on our project. I wasted my time waiting for a company that never had any intentions of doing the job. My advice don’t waste your time with this company instead find a company that appreciates your time and money. This was at minimum a $10,000 project that they ultimately refused.

Rose Fence installed our white vinyl fence over a year ago and the product quality and installation was excellent. We recently needed some gate adjustments and they again provided excellent service. I would gladly use them again. Overall very pleased!

I loved everything about Rose Fence Service from begging to end. From the very beginning I left a voice mail to inquire about an estimate, which is free by the way. And the following day my call was retuned by Donna who is a pleasant person to talk with and the estimator Lee who went out to discuss my fencing options was very patient and professional, as this was my first time owning a home and all that’s required to put up a fence was new to me such as height that’s allowed and permitting. The Installers who installed my fence was very nice as well, always smiling and saying good morning and made the effort to clean after themselves each day was nice to see. Most people who work out doors don’t look very happy But you can tell that the people who works at Rose Fence are happy to work there and take pride in their job. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you Rose Fence!

I contacted Rose Fence to help with a repair to my home automatic gate. The electric arm had become completely detached from the gate, potentially by someone running into it, or it not being put on properly in the first place, but regardless I called Rose Fencing to get an estimate on the repair, and asked them if they could fix it. They asked me to send pictures of the damage, and I did. Then they responded the next day and told me the damage wasn’t extensive enough for them to repair it. Given that my gate is inoperable completely, I do not understand this. I think its not professional to only want to help the very expensive quotes, and not have time for “smaller” repairs. Particularly, if those people could always be potential for future repairs and more business down the road. I am very disappointed.
