Their pricing was fair, and the team was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to handling all the necessary paperwork with our HOA. Although it took longer than expected to get the HOA’s approval, Bryce from Florida Fence kept in touch with us throughout the process, ensuring they were ready to start as soon as we received the green light. Once approved, the team was prompt and professional. They showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done. A special shoutout to Luke, whose dedication and hard work really stood out. Obviously doesn’t need the business. I asked them for quote on fence and railing for my home. Lee only does estimates on Tuesdays. Well, the first Tuesday we had scheduled, he hurt his foot or something so they canceled a few days in advance. That is fine. We rescheduled two weeks out on another Tuesday. 10 am. Well 10 am is here then 11 am. No Lee. I email Crystal and ask where he is. She said there was some mix up in schedule and they had me down for 1pm. She asked if I were going to be home. I said yes, but I had an appt at 3pm. Well 1 rolls around, 2pm, etc. I email Crystal. I don’t hear from anyone at all from Florida Fence the rest of the day. Radio silent. Well the next day I send email asking them if this is the way they do business. She apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no thanks. My opinion is if Lee the owner is this flightly, I don’t want to experience install or anything else from this company.. I am so easy going in life but to not pick up a phone and call a true potential customer to let them know! My quote was around 6k or more. I am sorry. Unless Lee died, there isn’t an excuse for him or Crystal to not call me and let me know what was going on.

Lee Nelson is a true professional. We had some minor issues with the initial install and Lee personally took ownership of the details and corrected everything within days of us calling. Getting harder to find companies that stand behind their product and services but if your considering a new fence, Lee & Florida Fence will not let you down.
