There are gaps between each and every plank. Because of this, I have no real privacy (anyone can see through them) and my neighbors vines and branches are growing through the spaces. I also paid for repairs and they missed one. The places where they did repairs are terrible. The work overall was rushed and sloppy.

I have a very large project, getting estimates on gating a condo community in Navarre. Took two days for them to return my call, and when they did, I ask to schedule a date one week later to visit the property, as I am trying to keep one day for estimates by vendors. The salesperson stated she was not in the area that day and it would have to be the following day. I told her I really needed the day before and if not I don’t think I’m able to use them. I’d like to think that the magnitude of the project would warrant a more proactive response for them and be willing to work within my schedule. Update! Moving from one star to four stars. Superior contacted me and coming on the day requested. Very nice customer service.

Removed and installed new privacy fence on one side of property. Completed in less than 2 days in spite of inclement weather (heavy rain) interruptions. Very professional and quality construction. Thorough cleanup after job completion.
