He loved to steal people money and give the wrong permit to the wrong people I I will call the county and report the company he gave a lot of customers fake permit papers does company will shut down soon he’s always doing crack in the warehouse his bad business

This Mr. Nova who is the owner has no idea what customer service is, he gave me a price and when I hired the job he told me it was 350 dollars more, I tried to have a conversation and he was totally rude and disrespectful, I had to do the job out of necessity but I do not recommend it at all, the most positive thing for a company is to learn how to treat its customers and this man has no idea what that means.

I want to commend Ronald and his team for the attentive service throughout the whole process when I needed to get a fence, gate, and side gates installed on my property. They were responsive (text, phone, and email), professional, and did a great job from quoting, ordering special parts, to installation with the necessary permits. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the effectiveness of everyone from the administrative staff to the installers. Even after my warranty had expired, when I had an issue with the gate and contacted Ronald for advise, he went above and beyond and sent a wonderful team that performed my gate track repair at no charge. I would use them again without thinking if I ever needed to install any fencing or gates.

Very unprofessional No matter when ,what time you call ,they never answer the phone, they Would whether text, you could reply over and over ,you never hear back from them again. UNPROFESSIONAL! This kind of behavior is not trustworthy.

My company is located in New York…Ronald did a fantastic job walking us through our custom fence order. It was made in the timeframe that he promised and was delivered from Miami in great condition. I would do business with Nova Fence again!

Excellent customer service incredible craftsmanship and value . They custom fabricate their own products in house and are ahead of schedule which is awesome . I am definitely recommending them to all of my friends

The service, the workmanship and the attention to detail was truly the best. My wife can be demanding about what she wants around our home. She was truly happy about our new fence and motor which was installed in a timely manner, especially before we left for vacation. Nova Fence is highly recommended by my family
