Zigmund Builders and Roofing 2 months agoWe had Zigmund replace our roof a year and a half ago, and we were very pleased with the job Jason and his crew did on our home. They were timely, respectful, and made a real effort to contain the mess despite the crazy wind we had that week. About 4 months after having our roof done, we had that massive hail storm in the area and I was so relieved that there was next to no signs of damage, it held up great. Now a year and a half on, we have had no issues or concerns. All around a great experience for us.

Welsh Construction, LLC 6 months agoI live in Bella Vista and these condos are the worst built things. the footer was installed incorrectly causing water into my house. the water from the peoples porch above me is also leaking into my walls due to poor construction. and yes i was told this by an engineer!!!!

Watson Construction and Renovation a year agoI am very grateful I went with T J and his crew. They started on time, cleaned up at the end of each day, were complete gentlemen and finished ahead of schedule and under budget. The usual hiccups happened but TJ responded quickly every time and was amazing. Seriously very very impressed with my new kitchen floor and bathroom.

I was looking for an affordable company and a friend recommended Univeral Contracting and I gave them a call within 1 day papers signed and job done the next day. Todd Thomas Home Improvements 5 days agoWe had been in our office for about 30 years and it was time for a remodel. We contracted with Todd Thomas and their work was clean professional and efficient. SandL Construction 3 months agoMy wife and I hired SandL construction to take on building an addition onto our small house. The contractor and subcontractors were all amazing and great with communication. Lee came to our house and did the initial walk around and inspection and later that week had a blueprint of his plan, his vision far exceeded our expectations and we feel that we got more than our money’s worth for what we ended up with. (2 bed rooms instead of one) At no point during the process were we put out or not considered, they even worked around our busy schedule with our young baby. If you are in need of any construction for your residence, I would not hesitate to hire these guys again. If I could give them more than five stars I would.
