This place is horrible! Customer service is horrible. My grandmother wanted to get her fence redone. Then the next day, she decided it wasnt for her and she asked to cancel and get her $250 deposit back as there is 3 days to cancel. They refused to give it back telling us to come by the office. We came on Saturday 11am WHICH THEY ARE OPEN ON and the door was locked. We called and they said they were closed and I told them this was important as my grandmothers house burnt down in North Carolina and she needed this money for her new house in Florida. They are completely unprofessional and still havent returned the money.

He took my money and won’t answer my phone calls his paper is not legal so I have been trying for the last few days to get this guy to send me my money back because he didn’t do anything matter fact he gave me a so-called contract, but it was one-sided backside. There was nothing the front side was where he wrote on it, but he never said my money was not refundable, you better watch out for this young individual he thinks he’s a talker not yes I am older person and yes he did take my money but you know what if that’s gonna make him happy let God take care of them OK I really do feel sorry for his family because if he treats a stranger in this way, how does he treat his family and I asked him if he was veteran owned he said yes asked him is this a family business he said yes, I want someone that was not a contractor, but a worker and he is not a worker
