I have been reaching out to sunbelt about the gate they installed at my community. They have been out to repair the gate but they are not fixing what’s asked to be looked. I have asked them to have someone call me before coming out so I can let them know what problems I’m having with the gate. But they have yet to call when they come out but I still have the proble Im just trying to fix a small problem before it becomes a big 1.

MY 25 year old gate system needed servicing. Rather than sell me a new system, Sunbelt recommended a rebuild of existing. All communication was extremely professional and system works like brand new. Thank you Sunbelt!

Completely unprofessional. I have had numerous problems with my system, it has been down for months now, technicians come out & tell me they have no idea what the problem is. I’ve asked to replace the whole system, wasn’t done. I even spoke with the owner before thanksgiving 2018, it’s now end of December, still no answer. I call daily with no answers, no returned calls from voicmails. If the owner won’t even stand by their products that should tell you something. I’ve never come across such poor customer service, it’s deplorable. Don’t waste a cent with this overpriced, under qualified company. Mighty mule arms were more reliable than this commercial grade, thousands of dollar system. I have 0 issue posting this publicly, i would be amazed if they even responded to this review with some tired excuse of why they have such untrained technicians and horrid customer service. -Carolyn La Rose

Unprofessional, poor customer service and VERY expensive rates.. $150/hr for the first hour with drive time then $140/hr thereafter. I called and scheduled an appointment for a technician to repair my gate control. I took off from work in order to be present to assist. I called the office 30 minutes after my 1pm scheduled appointment time when the technician had not shown up. The customer service person on the phone stated that she was just made aware of the fact that the technician called in sick that day. I asked why I had not received a phone call from someone in their office to let me know and to reschedule. She stated that she had not called because she wasn’t aware that he was not working. Well, this didn’t exactly answer my question of why didn’t “someone/anyone” from their office call… what one might expect as professional customer service, not to mention common courtesy. I find it hard to believe that my 1pm appointment was the first or only appointment that they were made aware of the technician’s absence. This seemed suspect and I say this is likely just routine practice because I rescheduled another appointment date for 2pm, called several times that morning to confirm (got no answer so I left messages), left work again to be present, and the technician did not show. I called several more times but no one answered. I finally left my home to return to work and I got a call from the same woman who stated the technician was on his way, now 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I told her I would turn around and return home to meet him. The technician arrived about 3pm (one hour after the scheduled appointment time). He was very pleasant and appeared knowledgeable and stated that he could assess the trouble, tell me his recommendations and have the office send me a quote for the repair if I wished to have them do the work. I accepted his explanation and stated that I would await their quote. I have not received a call or a quote and it has been 2 days since that exchange. Now, I went to college for 8 years, have undergrad and post-graduate degrees and a good job. Though I don’t make $140/hr, I do feel like my time is valuable and the inconsideration on behalf of the customer service department is terribly unprofessional! I RARELY take the time to write reviews but I felt like this experience warranted another 15 minutes of my time. Not Pleased.. I will try another company.
