I contacted the company for a quote to fix my fence. They provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship in fixing the fences. They responded quickly when I have any questions. I am very pleased with the final results. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! The previous review was for the Year of 2020! Recently in June of 2022, I have a new problem with the fence in certain area that need to be fixed, since they provided me very good service last time back in 2020, I called them again to fix the new problem! There was a little bit of communication issue with the salesman in the beginning that it seemed like that he could not comprehend what I was trying to explain to him, but once the owner, Mr. Norman, found out, he immediately come to my house and fix the problem immediately according to what I want and how the problem should be fixed, and with no extra charge! I will call that EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you very much, Mr. Norman for everything, if anybody need fencing service, please contact Mr. Norman, he will REALLY TAKES CARE OF your need!

I had a appointment scheduled for today but no one showed up. Both myself and my husband called but no one still didn’t show up and was told that she called the person that was coming out but he didn’t return her phone so she don’t return my phone. This is bad business. After over a week this company come out and I still had to call to get the quote price for the fence. I my very over priced I my add. This was the 2nd time the once we was pleased. But now please call my 9yrs grandson he will do better. But for real this is not a company to do business with.

I hired Norman Fence after speaking with several other fencing companies. I had them install a wood fence around my entire back yard. I would highly recommend Norman for being a professional, fair-priced, family-owned business. The cost was comparable to competitors, they communicated well and I liked that they are BO. The crew was punctual and kind. The fence looks great. I am very pleased.

I called them to repair my chain link fence that has been here for over 40 years. I thought I would have to replace the whole thing. Javoris Norman came and did an estimate that was far less than I anticipated. The Norman team came out early on Friday and repaired my fence . They had all of the supplies they needed and worked to repair everything. When they were finished, they hauled away the trash and left my home neat and clean. It is a family business that serves the Jacksonville community well.
