Disappointed with XL. After installing our fence I’ve noticed a few problems that should be fixed by them. The team has said they’ll send someone out but it’s impossible to get any commitment. I don’t think they know how to actually fix the problem. Seems they’re happy to accommodate until they get paid then they become ghosts. Pretty lousy customer service if you ask me. Would avoid/not recommend.

I am the home owner of a complete fence install and we paid in excess of $10,000. By the own admission of the owners communication with and follow through with customers has been in their own words’ ” a big problem and failure”. once the work finally got scheduled the crew came and installed in a very hurried manner. They cracked a water line to the sprinklers right where the dug a whole for one of the posts. They did not notify us of the break so we could plan on how to repair. It is not acceptable to have workers knowingly know they damage the water lines, cover it up with dirt and move on. Letting the owner figure it out with a flooded yard is not how you run a good business!

Thanks for the great fence. Just what I envisioned. Elder and his crew arrived on May 27th and fence was up the 29th. Only glitch was gates did not arrive until the 31st and were installed that afternoon. Job site was cleaned up and left in good order. I would recommend XL Fence for any fence job you might have.

Not only is XL Fencing the best price around, they are the best company! Scheduled appt they were here within a day! Explained things step by step & helped me design my fence. Their communication was amazing from start to finish! Danielle & Rossana updated me along the way regarding permit, Installation, etc. NOW the best part is the installer made me aware that my fence line ran wider by 5 ft if I wanted to extend it. NOTE…They added that at no additional cost! My fence looks amazing. I cannot rave about them enough. You MUST have them install your fence. You will NOT regret it! One happy customer here!

XL Fencing installed a bronze colored aluminum fence at my property a few weeks ago. The fence materials appear to be of excellent quality and I have not had any issues since the installation. I recommend XL Fencing.
