Had a scheduled estimate which I took off of work to be home for. No call no show. Emailed them twice with no response. As unprofessional as it comes. Horrible communication and customer service

Bill did work at my house 9 months prior and everthing was good. However the second part of the fencing I needed did not go so well. We finally agreed on a price and then COVID-19 hit. He was scheduled to come out but his foreman was in quarantine… I get that. I left him several texts and emails to get a status and was completely ghosted. Not one responce. I could have waited I just wanted to know what was up and he did not have the courtesy to get bsck to me. Needless to say I hired a different company that came out and did the job in one day even working over 12 hours to complete it in one day. I highly recomend Capital Fencing and would stay away from All Rite Fencing.

Scheduled this company for a quote on a chain link fence. The guy shows up he’s on time but has no measuring tools. He said it was because he wrecked his work van earlier that week and proceeds to ask me for the measurements. So I give him the measurements and tell exactly what I want put up. It was all a little unorthodox but I was willing to go along with it. All this took place on 9/25/2019 and even after doing his job for him here it is 10/08/2019 and still no quote. After he told me I would have the quote in a couple of days at most. Not a email, phone call, or nothing and yes I have texted him and he has yet to respond. Very disappointed all rite fencing.

Couldn’t even get estimate. Supposed to be here on a Tuesday, didn’t call or email and didn’t show up. I emailed them and they took full responsibility for the screw up and we rescheduled for Friday. Again no call or email and a no show. And to make matters worse I took off work early 2 days. Update: After contacting them again I was told that an appt confirmation was sent to the wrong person and that person cancelled the appt. They offered an even larger discount but with all the problems I’ve decided to go with a company that is more local. Since I didn’t have them do the work I can’t give 5 stars. But their price before the discount was higher.

Great job by this company. I had a small amount of stockade fence that I asked to be replaced with vinyl. They were willing to take on a small job, where other companies made the appointment and did not show up at all. The owner showed up on time for the estimate, emailed the estimate soon after, and then responded with some follow up questions I had, and we set a date for installation. They did a great job and installation was done in one day. There was one minor issue for which they quickly followed up with within a reasonable amount of time given the holiday weekend and subsequent rain. They were polite, did a great job and were reasonably priced. I would use this company again.

The owner Bill has always been very responsive and helpful. We had to have several repairs done to our fence over the past year, and their work was excellent, efficient and fairly priced.

Horrible customer service. I asked for and estimate for approx 155 of fencing. Once I received the the quote I had more questions. I asked for a 6 ft board on board cedar fence, with a rock board on the btm and a single gate. When the quote arrived it was for an economy new style fence (nothing about board on board or cedar) also there was something about needed extra post for the gate and that would be extra and if I wanted to have the old fence removed more extras and the rock board at the btm was to be 1×6 and he had it listed as a 2×4 and wanted 900 more to install it. When I questioned the vagueness of the quote and the lack of details. I was cussed out and told to call someone else

Very, very happy with the results. Bill and his team are professional, responsive, courteous, and excellent craftsman. We were able to recycle most of our aging fence. Now all looks fresh and new. Before you consider a new fence, speak to this company.
