I had 308′ of a PVC fence with 1 single gate and 1 double gate installed on my property. Within 2 weeks of installation the single gate failed and I mentioned the double gate was beginning to have issues. They made an adjustment on the single gate and ignored the double gate. Within 4 months the double gate failed and the single gate is failing again. Big Woody claims the failure is user abuse, not installation or materials, in other words not his fault or responsibility. He defines this abuse as leaving the gate open using the metal rod for stability for 30 minutes per week for lawn care. He says this puts strain on the hinges and causes them to fail. Though I initially made an appointment for him to inspect the gates, I subsequently cancelled it…he was so belligerent when I spoke with him on the phone about the issues that I didn’t want to subject myself to more of his disparagement by having him come look at the gates in person. The abuse that happened here was his condescending attitude, his dishonorable conduct, and his lack of accountability.

Do not recommend this company. The owner is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about his clients or warranties. It’s been 2 years since install and my fence is bowing, cracking, and gates were not installed correctly so we have to pay someone to temporarily fix (not enough concrete on post foundation, width issue, etc). Complete waste of money for us.

I am not one to write negative reviews but our experience is worth one. I do not recommend Woody to anyone based on his unhelpful, careless, and unprofessional approach. We got our two trex gates installed exactly 2 years ago and are having issues with both. The owner of this company was beyond unprofessional to my husband and I (happy to elaborate further) and unwilling to fix or offer decent solutions. I’m still appalled I was treated in such a way as a customer. Now, have to invest in another company to fix a very expensive investment. I’m disappointed and deeply regret supporting this company.

I recently had my backyard fenced in with a gate on each side. The entire process from having them come out and assess the job and provide a quote to install it was smooth. Everyone was professional and courteous. The fence is very, very nice.

We used Big Woody to replace our fence that wasn’t looking too hot. Woody himself came to give us an estimate! His team was very fast and efficient with our new fence! The communication was stellar and I would highly recommend for your fencing needs!

These people are not Professionals. They are very rude once they have your money they do not come back to make any final repairs showed up late every time. Stay away from this company. There are much better companies in this one out there.

Free estimates no! I’m not sending a map of where I want the fence to be, send somebody from the company out to do measurements and lets go from there. Clearly this company picks and chooses the jobs they want

I, single black female, contacted Woodys almost 2 years ago for an estimate so I could start saving up. They came out, took measurements, gave me the estimate and I started to save up. I called back in May 2022 ready to buy! The gave me an updated estimate, and a few weeks later, i had a new fence. They even handled adjustments that i wanted to make on the day of the job. that was very nice. They also showed up early which was awesome because i got called into a meeting. I felt comfortable enough to leave the guys and the integrity paid off. Nice Job!
