Richmond remodel a year agoRichmond Remodel has completed 4 major renovations for us over the last couple of years. Each project has turned out amazing. We’ve heard from friends how hard it is to get people to show up to finish a project but we never experienced any of that. They were always on time and reliable. Not to mention, each person on their team is extremely professional, highly skilled, and this is not a company that cuts corners. We loved working with them so much we’ve passed their contact information onto friends who were also looking to do renovations.

Pro Saw Inc a year agoSkyler was available on short notice, and did a great job cutting an opening in or basement foundation wall to convert an egress window to a door. There were some difficult flush cuts in very tight spaces. He stuck with it and got it done in a day. He charged a very fair price as well. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone.

Northbuilt Construction LLC 2 months agoNorthbuilt did a remodel for us about a year ago which included the kitchen, a bathroom and the floors. The consultation process was great. They made suggestions, listened to what we wanted and ultimately made a design that worked for us. Ivan suggested a cabinet finish we love and came up with a design that fits perfectly for what we wanted. The quality of the work is extremely high and we have full confidence that everything was done correctly. We made a last minute change by adding the floors and baseboards and they were able to accommodate us. The timeline was a little longer than originally proposed but that’s remodels for you! We highly recommend them and would use them for a future project.

Little River Construction Llc 11 months agoBeware of trying to rent at this property. The woman who owns the house is a pathological liar and a conwoman. Run, don’t walk, from this if you’re looking to rent.

GH Maintenance llc 3 years agoGH Maintenance is such a pleasure to work with! Gerardo installed 5 sinks and new plumbing for us in a space that had not been used in 10 years and if feels like new!! He really knows what he is doing and gets the job done in a timely manner. We will definitely be using him for future projects!!!
