Wellspring Home Services 3 months agoWe recently had our shower remodeled by Wellspring and recommend them 100%. The team was very professional and communication was top notch. They were considerate of our home and left things in good order each day. Pricing was fair and did not fluctuate. During our project, we experienced a lot of emotional upheaval in our personal lives, and the team was very gracious and respectful of our situation, and we were thankful for their prayers.

Swift Builders, LLC a year agoNo idea about their service but their drivers are mental. Not sure who weaves traffic and tailgates people in the company truck but im sure their service is just as great as their driving.

Summit Built LLC 8 months agoPhil, Nick and the team at Summit did a really great job on a tricky bathroom addition. They were very easy to work with, and all of their sub-contractors were talented and clearly cared and had an attention to detail. The bathroom turned out really nice with custom tilework, heated floors, re-arranged laundry area and cabinets. We already had them back for another project – a custom metal and wood handrail and we will likely have them continue to do remodel projects in the future. Would recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen/bath/home remodel.

Star 1 Contracting LLC. a month agoThis company was great when they were trying to sell the roof. After that, absolutely atrocious. The Project Managers don’t know their face from their behinds. Scheduling was impossible and they never had answers for when anything was going to be done. The crew they used was the slowest I have ever seen and highly incompetent. The PM was never on site to track what their contracted crew was doing. They left my downspouts without any extensions, water draining straight onto my foundation. The only time these guys communicated at all was when they wanted to pick up a check. Nearly a year after they did the work, we heard birds in our attic. I quickly began to search for the source and discovered a small piece of soffit had been removed in order to shingle that little portion of the roof. I took pictures that very clearly show that the soffit was removed in order to shingle that portion and yet, the company treated us like trash and claimed it was not their responsibility because they didn’t replace the soffit. They said whoever replaced our soffit is responsible. The problem is, NOBODY has ever replaced our soffit and not a single soul has been on our roof since they did the work. I expressed all of this to their incompetent PM and he responded that it isn’t their responsibility because their crews don’t carry extra soffit so they don’t remove soffit to shingle a roof. Well, as you will see in the photos below, they absolutely did. The shingles run nearly a foot under the soffit in that area and it is literally physically impossible for them to have attached those shingles without removing that piece of soffit. On top of this, there is another portion of the soffit on the front of my house that has this exact same condition and they very clearly removed and replaced that soffit and put a brand new piece of trim on. It is apparent that the crews don’t carry soffit and they left that exposed because they damaged the piece that was previously there. Needless to say, I already have another company coming in today, who will corroborate the fact that these guys physically could not have installed those shingles without having removed that piece of soffit. They will be sued for all damages. No threats, just promises. These guys seem to forget the fact that I work in construction and clearly have more knowledge of this situation than they do. These guys are horrible to work with. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. Anyone who has used them, make sure you have a real professional inspect your roof or you might end up with a slew of critters in your attic.

Rocky Mountain Kitchen, Bath and Home Remodeling 2 months agoI’ve been wanting to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms in my early 2000s condo since I have owned the place. Recently, this was a project I was able to fit into my budget after acquiring life insurance inheritance. Given the origin of the income, this was an important and meaningful remodel. I felt I could trust Drew, Liz and the Rocky Mountain team after several consultations. I had a general idea of what I wanted and the team made the process of picking colors and materials painless. They went above and beyond in estimates, finding small price differences in the areas in which I was originally willing to compromise, which allowed me to upgrade in some areas, including quartz countertops and new cabinet door and drawer fronts. The team was very thorough, communicative and addressed my concerns. They were sure to touch up even the smallest areas of paint before finalizing the project. I am SO happy with the finished product and it made a huge difference in my small space. I 100% recommend Rocky Mountain Kitchen and Bath! Thanks so much guys!

Oz Upgrades LLC 3 months agoOscar is the real deal! Like other reviewers have mentioned, his personal attentiveness/communication, promptness to the job site, and attention to detail is unmatched. Increasingly rare to find someone of his wide skill set and integrity in the world of contractors. We’ve hired him to do the tile backsplash in our kitchen, finish trim work, a privacy fence build and for our master bath remodel (see photos below). He’ll always be our first call when we need work done- can’t recommend Oscar highly enough!
