I highly and unconditionally recommend Castle Rock Deck & Fence for your decking project. They just completed a new double level deck for me and surpassed my expectations in all areas. Not only are they very professional and started when they said they would. They were competitively priced and did not have any other costs added during the process. In addition you buy your materials Direct after they provide the hardware store the order so you know you are paying cost. They don’t take any money until the deck has been approved by the city. They completed the project much sooner than I thought possible…less than 2 weeks and I can’t find a single flaw in their work. The boards are perfectly aligned and flat, railings are sturdy, corners are cut perfectly, and framing is top notch. Again, I can’t recommend Cy, Stephen, and Kelley enough at Castle Rock Deck and Fence! I am happy to provide a reference for anyone that is looking to work with them. I will certainly call them again for any future work.

Had a crew put pergo tile on the walls in 3 rooms in my home….2 people worked late every day for a week and did a good job. Payed attention to detail…caulking well covering up lines…showed up when they said…would use them again

I reached out to Castle Rock Deck & Fence to schedule a deck inspection (as advertised on their website). Someone got back to me via text right away and I responded with the information they requested. No reply for almost two weeks. Sent another text message to the same phone # to follow up. No reply. Reached out directly to the company to ask for help and heard back right away from someone who said they would be at my house the following day to inspect the deck. I confirmed via text that I would be home all day. NO SHOW the next day and NO FOLLOW UP from them! I’ve never had a company completely flake out on me like this. Not recommended.

Steve helped to design and construct a gorgeous deck on my home and his lead Omar was incredibly patient with all the requests we had for him. Thankful to find good quality service for an affordable price!
