Had a great experience with customer service of Ergeon fencing, named Maria R. Maria was knowledgeable, patient and honest about different options available and when we told her we wanted to wait until later she was super professional and didn’t do that used car salesman approach to try to pressure to go ahead which I greatly appreciated. Nicole was very patient & professional throughout getting the quote. I appreciate all her questions during our video call to review the project. Her knowledge of the CAD program that helped with showing me the project & quote was great. Nice not to have to do a face-to-face meeting that could impact my schedule. Working with Ergeon has been overall very good. They installed 1200+ sq feet of fencing on our property. The initial process is great, and we did the whole bid/estimate process via video calls and email/web. Made it easy for everyone. Ergeon was the lowest bid out of the 3 companies I contacted. The crew that installed our fence was great. We’re still finding random nails in weird spots, but nothing that was a danger to anyone. My previous review was in regards to their warranty policy. I had some issues with the fence outside of the 90 day warranty that were NOT as a result of anything we did (we didn’t smash down the fence) and their initial response was “Sorry”. However, ultimately they came out and repaired the fence and all is good now. Given the nature of wood, 90 days seems to be a quick to shut down warrantee claims. Rather than a black and white “NO”, they should review the claims on a case by case basis. Overall, I would hire them again to do any fencing work and have referred them to friends.

We did not end up moving forward with a fence install, so this review is only for the customer service. I had a great experience working on finalizing a quote with Kelly. She was very quick to respond and provided updated line items with a full cost breakdown every time we had a change while negotiating with our neighbor. In soliciting various quotes, Ergeon’s was the easiest to understand and was the most comprehensive.

Nicole was very prompt and extremely helpful! Within two hours she had scheduled an appointment with us to virtually survey our home and we locked in a project shortly after. She was patient with us as we went through the ins and outs of our project which included some unforeseen difficulties ie a very high grade slope and a retaining wall that would need to be installed. Very grateful for all her hard work. We’ve had many quotes prior that we didn’t go forward with because we didn’t feel heard about what we wanted. We’re so grateful to get this build done for our family!

The first representative that got in contact with me, Alan, as well as my project manager Paula was absolutely great. They were very responsive and concise during our communication, accommodating of my schedule, and a great sport overall. The installers did their job quickly and made a clean job of the installation and removal of the old debris. With competitive pricing on top of that, I would definitely recommend Ergeon.

Had a great call with Jorge today! I needed to get a bit of information and a price quote on some fencing, and he was very professional and super knowledgeable! We went through the different aspects of what I needed, he quickly and easily took the notes that he was given, and was able to generate a fast Estimate during the call. Definitely a consideration, just looking into some HOA rules before I proceed. Great call – thanks for doing that on a Sunday!
